I explained the situation to the young lady at the store and she directed me to a couple options. I brought the bags of food home for my pup and he cleaned out the bowl. We are just starting the new food so we will see how things go in the coming days. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. The store was clean and it was so obvious they how much they loved those birds. They spent a few hours with us, picking out a bird that suits us, getting the cage and toys, and just educating us about birds. I can not possibly say enough good things about this store and their commitment to these amazing feathered animals.”

“I’m so glad I live near this place because it’s such a gem! The owner is always friendly and his pets are always great to see (three kitties and a lab!) They have a nice selection of raw foods which I appreciate, and also reasonably priced raw food treats like duck hearts, chicken feet, rabbit ears, bully sticks, beef caps, antlers, and a lot more! “My experience was great! I can’t believe how relaxed and happy my baby boy was when I picked him up just 2 hours later! And he looked fantastic! Now I will admit this place is very expensive, but I will most likely return because there is something to be said for being at ease when dropping off your baby to be groomed and not having to be worried sick wondering how they will treat him etc… so they get 4.5 out of 5 stars from me! Only reason I didn’t give five was because so pricey!”

“This Suwanee location is not your typical pet store chain. They make it very personal for you - especially Tammy. A few years ago, I happend to drop by and saw Punctatus cory catfishes. They looked fantastic so I ended up buying 10 of them. They are not a common corydoras. So recently, when I wanted to add more to my tank they were so hard to find. I went back to the Suwanee location but they were out of stock. I asked if I could order them and Tammy took care of it like a breeze. I was able to get them in 2 weeks. You can order any kind of fish you're looking for and Tammy will get them for you. I also get all my tank supplies and dog stuffs whenever I drop by. I'm glad they are close to where I live.”
