“I've been a loyal National and Enterprise customer for years and frequent customer to the Savannah airport location, and this recent experience reminded me exactly why.
The car was great, the staff were professional, and the pickup and return were seamless — as usual. But what really stood out this time was how corporate National as well as the Savannah Airport branch handled a billing concern I brought to their attention. They absolutely did not have to do what they did, but they went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of customer care is rare, and it means everything to a frequent traveler.
National has earned my loyalty many times over, but this time they reinforced it. Highly recommend.”
“From pick up to drop off folks were great. Got the car we reserved fast, and it was brand spanking new. While I unfortunately had an allergic reaction to some cleaner in the car, I was able to get through the week with benadryl. At drop I briefly mentioned my situation to Ezra who immediately gave us a credit despite me not asking or complaining. I'll make sure next time we rent we bring a car seat cover for me. I chose them because National had no options and their website showed availability. The process was smooth until I arrived at my location, only to be told my reserved vehicle was unavailable, just an hour before pickup. I had to take an Uber and rebook elsewhere. While in transit, I was called and told no cars were available at the new location either, leaving me stranded. Alexis the rep at this enterprise location was very helpful and eased some stress. Overall, a poor experience with Enterprise BOOKINGD online. Customers shouldn’t be able to book if vehicles aren’t available.”

“Trustworthy and upfront. I paid about $80 for one day (reasonably near-unlimited mileage) renting a small newer car, and I did recieve the $250 security deposit back with no issues. Quick and easy, and they do offer rates a little bit better for weekly rentals.”
