“My truck needs to go to the shop for body damage caused by a car wash. The carwash insurance company set this rental up. I called last week to confirm. At the time they didn't have availability for a F250 or 3500 Chevy or Dodge. They said it would be there today.
No issues when I arrived Sam at Enterprise truck rental was great to deal with had me in & out quickly. He was aware of the chip in the windshield. But I also noted it myself.
All I can say is if I compare my experience today to some of the bad reviews I read. If you treat people like you want to be treated and use good communication. It works very well.
Granted I was at the truck rental renting a large pickup.

“This was my first time using Dollar in my life. I reserved my car a few weeks before my flight into Savannah and got a good rate. There were three woman taking care of customers when I got to the desk. I felt the wait time was longer than my experiences with Budget or Avis and do to this I gave them 4 stars. Other than that, the car they gave me (a grand Cherokee) was clean, affordable, comfortable. However- when I got in the car it immediately told me I needed an oil change which was annoying to say the least but since I was only traveling for a few days I did not return it because I did not want a hassle. Dropping off the car was very easy. The man who checked out the car was so kind and friendly! I will consider Dollar the next time I travel to Savannah.”

I was greeted at the door by one of their saleswoman named Kay who began taking care of my car needs. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and she made just that happen. This was my best experience I’ve had with car buying. Kay was very helpful, patient, cool, and understanding. I could not have asked for a better sales associate than her to help me. She got my wife in a brand new 2026 Subaru CrossTrek when I wasn’t even expecting to leave with anything.
