“After dealing with a persistent phone issue for two weeks and enduring 12 to 15 separate interactions with Verizon corporate without a resolution, I finally found the help I needed at the Pooler, Georgia location.I was greeted immediately and helped right away. Even though I watched a lot of people come in during my visit, the store remained well-staffed and very well-run, ensuring everyone was taken care of.
As soon as I came in, I was met by Sterling and he spent over two hours with me to ensure my problem was completely addressed. He possesses a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding phone technology and Verizon’s internal systems. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, my phone is finally fixed and ready to go.
