“After dealing with a persistent phone issue for two weeks and enduring 12 to 15 separate interactions with Verizon corporate without a resolution, I finally found the help I needed at the Pooler, Georgia location.I was greeted immediately and helped right away. Even though I watched a lot of people come in during my visit, the store remained well-staffed and very well-run, ensuring everyone was taken care of.
As soon as I came in, I was met by Sterling and he spent over two hours with me to ensure my problem was completely addressed. He possesses a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding phone technology and Verizon’s internal systems. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, my phone is finally fixed and ready to go.

“I went to the Verizon store at 1800 E Victory Dr, Savannah, GA, 31404 today and had the pleasure meeting Arnell. I recently broke my iphone and had to get a replacement. I cannot began to tell you what a pleasure it was to have Arnell help me. He was incredibly helpful and patiently explained everything thoroughly so that an older non-tech savvy person like myself would be able to understand. He was able to get my iwatch connected to my iphone and made sure I knew how to reinstall my apps. I truly appreciate the time, patience and level of care. He showed this old lady today.
