She was very very patient answering my numerous questions about both the device and upgrade process. She remembered me right away over a week later when I returned needing help transferring my SIM card. Her colleague, Alia, actually assisted me moving my card to my new phone and she was also very patient and knowledgeable. “I don’t remember her name, but she was a Caucasian woman with glasses who helped me upgrade from an iPhone 12 to the iPhone 17 Pro. The process was seamless, she was incredibly helpful and attentive. She truly deserves recognition (and a raise)! Fun fact: she uses a Google Pixel if that helps.”
