However the employees kept telling me in passing there was 2 people ahead of me, one person ahead of me, etc, and apologetic about the wait and apologetic that I couldn't get done what I needed. “I went to the Verizon store at 1800 E Victory Dr, Savannah, GA, 31404 today and had the pleasure meeting Arnell. I recently broke my iphone and had to get a replacement. I cannot began to tell you what a pleasure it was to have Arnell help me. He was incredibly helpful and patiently explained everything thoroughly so that an older non-tech savvy person like myself would be able to understand. He was able to get my iwatch connected to my iphone and made sure I knew how to reinstall my apps. I truly appreciate the time, patience and level of care. He showed this old lady today. I would highly recommend Arnell for his dedication and professionalism.”
