Wasn't busy at all when we went but the special they had on the internet was not allowed in the store. We are getting rid of everything xfinity. Too spendy. We've had them for years and years but we finally have another option. Yay

I went to the store to return equipment and the person that greeted me told me that there was 1 person ahead of me and to have a seat. Several people walked in after me and were waited on before me. They were buying things so I guess they thought those customers were more of a priority than me. I am happy to not be a customer...

I had a billing issue that was not able to be fixed by the texting help line so I was forced to go in person to get it fixed. Extremely nice and helpful staff especially the manager. I forgot his name but was extremely helpful and nice. Gotta love it.
