“Typing out in my notes before I review this place. Priority Shipping prices from Georgia to California is a bit more than I thought it would be. We had a barely above 10 pound package of our daughters outgrown baby clothes that I’m sending to my best friend out in California that cost almost $60 to send. We sent out our package on March 19th 2025 and the post office said the package should be there on Saturday March 22nd 2025. I was nervous when I looked up postal services near us and every place was below three stars this being one of the highest rated places at 3.1 stars but we had to give somewhere a chance so fingers crossed on them.
Update: Today is March 23rd 2025. Package is running a little late to my friend which is no big deal ? happens. Once the package leaves the post office it isn’t in their hands anymore. When we came in a few days ago we overheard one of the workers getting yelled at over the phone about a late package and she handled it so well and calm but you could tell she was overwhelmed. Dealing with people is not an easy job I’ve been there and we appreciate you I’m sorry some people suck.
Final update: Today is March 24th 2025 and my friend received her package around her 10 A.M. No issues with it, everything inside was okay. Thank you❤️”

“Great Service keep doing the right thing. I'm a collector of Black Heritage stamps and was told by my carrier that the post office on Bay and Fahm would have them. I made my request for the stamps and "zippo" I was in and out.”

I want to say thank you for all the help you did for me. Ever since I came to Savannah I've always remember her because she was the first one to help me out.”

“I always receive friendly service from the staff. The supervisor Harry, who I believe is no longer there always had a smile on his face & a kind word. Very nice man. The last few times I've visited I was helped by a taller white man in his late 40s. Always super friendly. Says hello as you're walking up to the counter & and asks how you are. Seems like a happy person. I've come and the line has been long but it's the post office. You have to expect a bit of a wait. The staff always moves a quickly and efficiently. My go to post office for all my mail needs.”

“The lady that works here is one of the nicest you'll ever meet. With that being said, I think that despite the service area being quite small, there's a lot of work to be done for one person. The lady has been handeling it wonderfully though and you won't have a single problem getting your mail or solving any issues.”
