“I went there today to get shoes for work because I just started a new job and will be on my feet a lot more than I'm used to. I have some painful issues with my feet, and I've never actually bought a really nice pair of shoes. Kate was phenomenal in helping me find a good pair of shoes. She brought out multiple shoes in multiple sizes with different insoles and was extremely patient and helpful while I tried them all on to see what fit best. Excellent service!”

“I had great service today at the outlet. It was a bit disturbing that there was only two employees in the crowded store and no manager. The young lady at the register had a smile on her face and the greatest customer service despite just coming from the dentist. Management is failing the employees.”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Nike Outlet in Pooler! Quanya was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect shirt for my outfit, and her amazing personality made the visit even better. She was so patient and engaging with my curious toddlers. I also want to thank TJ, who was so kind to my little one and shared some great advice for the future. What I thought would be a quick, ordinary trip to the outlet turned into a warm and welcoming experience. Thank you, Quanya and TJ—you ladies are amazing!”

“Amazing experience! I went to Joe at the pooler store to purchase a new set of golf irons and he gave me an amazing experience. I called ahead and spoke to him and even though it was very busy on a Saturday before school started he accommodated my ever need! He gave me the time I felt i needed to try out the golf irons I had been researching. It was a easy and flawless interaction and I will definitely be going back and telling everyone I know to go to him from now on. They may not have the tools to do 100% complete service but if you need a knowledgeable professional to guide you in the decision making process, Joe is the man to see! 10 stars if allowed”
