The gate was five stars and the lady at the check‑in window was nice. The first time was under 2 hours and the second time was nice. All people out here were nice for loading and unloading. They got a load out of the dock in 10 minutes, loaded in 30 minutes and finished paperwork in 15 minutes. Total time was 1 hour 5 minutes. The new warehouse needs a lot improvement.
