“Visited this location with my wife about a week ago to pick up a bed frame and mattress. Firstly we were greeted and offered assistance as soon as we entered which was pleasant. The store was spacious and clean, friendly environment no one was overbearing, process was simple in-n-out. Even got help to tie down the mattress by an employee named Baker. We will be returning in the near future.”

Delivery was by a contractor and that experience was also five star. Smith has new AND some scratch & dent appliances; you tell them your budget and features desired and they’ll show you what they have in stock. This was my third time buying from them in 20 years.”

I told her what my problem was with something that I bought and she went out of her way to assist me. Ultimately, she had to turn me over to a Lady named Mrs. B. Mrs B provided me with outstanding customer support and took care of my problem.

“These guys are awesome! My husband and I were helped immediately upon entering the store. We let them know that we lived in another city, and they still helped us tremendously! We purchased during the Thanksgiving Holiday, and were told some of our items couldn't be delivered until after. “I waited for 45 minutes at their main competitor for paint, rang the bell for assistance countless times, and no one ever came. My family and I were there for so long that a line started forming behind us, and then dissipated as people got fed up with waiting. We walked the store to try to find someone to help and was finally informed by a cashier that no one in the store was trained in paint and to come back later. Infuriating.
So we drove over to Home Depot which was about 4 minutes away, was promptly helped by 2 wonderful women stationed in the paint area, and happily walked out with our 3 gallons. They even paint matched one of the Sherwin Williams swatches I brought over from the competitor store! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything was perfect.”

“Truckers:Stop at the gate and go to intercom on the right. They will want you to verify the address. Shipping/Receiving is about half way down on the right, not far. Go into the office. Sign in first, then go to the phone on the wall. There's a number list for the department you need. Call it and wait a few seconds. Someone will come to the office. There is a restroom to the left of the phone.Good experience for me. Arrived 5:15pm for 6pm apt. They put me in a door immediately. Had me loaded by 6:15pm.Great job. Very much appreciated.”

“Huge shoutout to Trent at the Home Depot in Hiram, GA! We’ve been without AC for almost a week waiting on a warranty part and finally decided to invest nearly $800 in a large portable AC unit and some fans just to get some relief. Unfortunately, when we got home, the unit was missing several key parts.
Trent went above and beyond to help us out. He took the time—both on the phone and in-store—to make sure we got exactly what we needed to get the unit up and running. His customer service was exceptional, and he truly cared about making sure we left satisfied (and cool!).
Thanks to him, we’ll definitely be coming back to this specific location. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers.”

“I’ve paid off a couple of items and still am paying for one as we speak. I’ve been dealing with Manager, Ocie since December of 2023. It’s has been nothing but great. Anytime I had any questions of any issues I can text them and get it figured out. I have nothing but high praises for this location. Even though I’m about to finish paying off my Son’s PS5, I may get something else form them just because they have been awesome with me.

“I placed a pick up order at this location on my way to Atlanta... who knew blinds were so hard to come by! Once I got here I parked in the pickup spot and within 2 minutes someone was out with my blinds! They didn't ask to verify my name, etc but I'm glad I was able to get the correct order. Probably won't ever stop here again unless it's a similar situation. Can't really comment on other aspects of the store since I didn't walk inside.”

“Stopped by Best Buy with my son to pick up a Nintendo Stitch controller — and they had it in stock! The store was clean, the temperature was comfortable, and the staff was helpful.
