“I bought a GE convection range and just love it. The price was the same as the big box store, so I f course I bought locally. The staff are all knowledgeable and no pressure to purchase. When the factory included the wrong propane conversion kit, it was no problem at all. Upon my return to tell them of the problem they simply gave me what I needed from a floor model and said they would order a replacement for themselves. I love doing business with people who care.”
