“I bought a GE convection range and just love it. The price was the same as the big box store, so I f course I bought locally. The staff are all knowledgeable and no pressure to purchase. When the factory included the wrong propane conversion kit, it was no problem at all. Upon my return to tell them of the problem they simply gave me what I needed from a floor model and said they would order a replacement for themselves. I love doing business with people who care.”

“I frequent this location and love the store except that they do not do a good job of keeping the gift cards stocked. I like to give out gift cards to my employees and the last two times I’ve been in there, they didn’t have the credit cards of a specific denomination stocked. This has been like this for years.”

“My husband and I will be repeat customers. Due to some unforseen issues regarding our Samsung dryer; the store manager was swift on rectifying the issue. Going above and beyond to help insure we were satisfied with our washer/dryer. The way she handled the situation prompted us to order again from this location. Very satisfied customer. Friendly & courteous staff as well. Thank you for making our experience pleasant.”

“I had an amazing experience at Rent-A-Center! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top tier. Keanu Halley was absolutely phenomenal professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took his time explaining all of our options without any pressure and made sure we understood everything clearly. We were able to get a beautiful sofa at a GREAT deal, and what really stood out was how Keanu went above and beyond by educating us about renters insurance and making sure we knew all the benefits. That level of care is rare these days. If you’re looking for great furniture and outstanding service, ask for Keanu! We will definitely be back.”
