Kroger is a one-stop shop for thousands of quality food and household products. The store is very clean and well-kept, though the bathrooms can be a bit dirty and messy. The staff is amazingly friendly, professional, and provides amazing customer service. Services like the pharmacy and curbside pickup are highly recommended, though sometimes specialty items are out of stock. A common complaint is that shopping buggies are often left scattered in the parking lot and unavailable inside.

This my neighborhood grocery store I like shopping at Kroger especially when I use my coupons.

Forcast 1-2 inches of snow. Which at the time of this post was not going to stick. I waited on the phone over 5 min for someone to answer. No one did. I waited at Customer Service for longer just to be told to go to a register to handle my return. Today was not a good customer service day. Bless those who showed up.
