“I was surprised at the selection available. I found several things on my list I wasn't expecting to find. I was both pleased with the low price on some items, but displeased with the higher prices on other items. The lady that checked us out was very sweet and kind. They did not have a working, public restroom.”
“This little grocery store is absolutely DARLING! The owners are beautiful individuals, and my interaction was with the Misses. She has the friendliest customer service. I wasn't really familiar with the products I inquired about, and she was so patient and helpful to me. I'm an ambitious home chef, and my family and I love African cuisine, so I wanted to prepare one of our favorite dishes, and she answered every question I had regarding the best products to use to get the desired results of the meal I was creating. If you have not had the opportunity to visit the establishment, then I suggest that you do so! My experience was most definitely a 5 star experience!”
“If your looking for good & fast service you should definitely go to this Kroger! I've been to multiple Kroger's and I have to say this is by far my favorite! My daughters prescription is always on time and they always have the medicine in stock, which is a blessing. As for produce, my children loves the fresh fruits in vegetables! Plus this year Easter I was every where looking for eggs and everyone was sold out... of course because the Cov19 I'm sure but Kroger's Powder Springs was fully stocked! This made my day to give my little ones Easter eggs after being sold out on the entire planet! I love good customer service that's all I get coming to this grocery store.”

“I like this one, bit of a pain to get out of the parking lot back to the streets if making a left. Great store pickup, always on point.
The new gas pumps are messed up. Won't scan my Kroger card and I refuse to pay in advance since I'm always using my gas points and filling up.
Store is clean, pretty well stocked.”

“I primarily shopped this location from 2014 until 2023. Only reason I won't be back is that I recently moved out of state. They always had what I needed/wanted. Even found a few items of interest I hadn't seen at other locations that became regular items for me. The staff are not always friendly. It's very hit or miss. Customer service is not always friendly. The worst was the lady that frequently works in the self checkout area. Just attitude for no visible reason, perhaps troublesome customers before my arrival?! Only reason I docked one star is her.”

“I recently went upon opening and was delighted to see Ms. Natinalie whom I hadn't seen in years due to shift changes. OMG! I was minding my business when Mr. Scott asked if I needed help....it was if a angel had fallen from the sky with his beautiful soul. He helped me on the international isle that I had no knowledge of what I was sent there to purchase at 6am. The both of them made my entire week thoughtful of kindness. Please give them a raise with a added bonus. Lol”
“I don't see why so many negative reviews! I am so pleased with Sarah! What a great pharmacist! I care for my disabled roommate, and she goes above and beyond to help me with any Insurance issues. As busy as they are, they always take the time to make sure everything is taken care of! Justin is a great tech- always knows what I am going to ask, before I get a chance to. I thought that after the pharmacist transfered to a new location, there may be an adjustment period. Not the case. Thank you Justin, Asia, Atem!”

“We all know prices have gone up but it's ridiculous what this store is charging compared to other grocery stores. It feels like price gouging. I loved publix great meat and produce departments but the cost makes shopping here unaffordable.”
