“Nice gentleman in shipping department overnight parking in the street a couple of trucks, you can if you like in the warehouse but there’s a fenced in between only after hour’s when the shift has left. In the morning they’ll we’ll ask you to leave WHAREHOUSE next to print pack about 5a.m to park in the street I got lucky ?”
“Everyone is very nice and professional.... except for the racist woman at check-in. She was smiling and nice to everyone there, except for the white guy. She deliberately went out of her way to ignore him and treated him like he did not exist. Sign this, do that, shoved the papers... ignorant racist person. He was the only white person there. After witnessing that, I have pity and feel sorry for someone who still hates. STOP THE HATE.
The loader, the guys in the yard, all black people, ALL NORMAL AMERICAN PEOPLE. Everyone, all of them, even the white guy, got along well and worked together really well (crowded small lot).
The facility has no gate, allows ONP, has lottsa cameras, and has plenty of room for backing. The loaders and yard people are fast, friendly, and helpful. It is a busy place, but all the driver's and working men got along great. Definitely worth while to come back.

“Easy to find, guard was nice, easy instructions. Dropped my tr in a door and got my empty and off I went. Leave a door open so guard can see inside before you leave. The yard is one way in and one way out. No problems”
“I met an associates named Sheena T. She was extremely helpful and kind when i encountered her. She spoke highly of the establishment and the leadership team she works with. To be transparent this associate made my day because i was stressing about a load 10 min before meeting her.”

“Arrived here 05.05.25 to get loaded. When I arrived at 1230 there were 5 trucks ahead of me and I immediately got pissed. I just knew I would be there until nighttime. However, I was loaded and leaving by 1530. That is an excellent job imo!!!! Dayum good job. Everything went smoothly. Light load. No complaints here!!!!”

“Was here when the doors opened @ 0700AM. Had an 0800AM was unloaded before my appointment. Per their plant manager, they have to have you unloaded in 2 hrs. They have a schedule of so many trucks per day to make sure this happens. If you show up late, not your schedule day for your appointment etc...you will become a work in. So just know at that point you can be here all day or even pushed to the next day. This place is awesome in my opinion. So with that being said drivers show up early and drop your load early or be late and don't complain about the all day waiting or next day, thats on you!!”

“Only giving them 4 stars not 5 because the dock is tight only because they put these huge boulders in grass in front of docks where it’s super tight and come very close to hitting them to get in dock. Other than that loaded good and in a decent time frame”

“Not sure about these bad reviewed. Maybe I’m just the lucky one. 8am appointment. Arrived at 7:15. In a door by 7:30am. I was 6th in line. Out by 9:40. 2 1/2 hours in and out. Hitting the dock is not for beginners though. But they line us up 1 after another so it’s a lot easier”
“I have been working with Ice Cream Warehouse for over a year now. They have provided the best customer service and ice cream to our school. I wish all of my vendors were as easy to work with and had the customer service standards they do. Our delivery driver and account manager are always on top of whatever I need, whenever I need it. I was nervous to come to this receiver after seeing all the comments from my colleagues.
Well, I'm gonna tell y'all my experience here.
Long story short I was here for 45 minutes all together.
They don't start taking deliveries until 0730 so I checked in about 0700 and I was out by 0815.
But they took me early so that was a big plus.!!
You can park over night right outside the gate, only enough space for 3 trucks thou.

“Wasn't as bad as I thought it would've been reading the reviews. Appointment was for 6am, arrived at 0515, in a dock by 0615 and done by 8am. Only took one star off due to the security guard being sleep in the guard shack upon arrival. Had to knock twice in the door to wake her up.”
“I stood at the check-in for 45 minutes to unload. They gave me the door, I parked and have been standing and waiting for 30 minutes already. The green light is still on and it looks like I will have to wait a long time. I will write later how they work.
They unloaded it quickly, so a solid four stars.”

“I arrived at 6 AM, not realizing that the receiving opens later. Employee told me 6:30. Broker instructed they were open at 6 AM. Their working hours are from 8 AM - that what the sign says :). It was my mistake — I didn’t check the BOL carefully, where it says that an appointment is required and phone number was written. Good people work here, they treated me well and unloaded me within an hour after opening. Looks like enough overnight parking for couple of trucks and one truck was parked there when I arrived.”
