My elderly father always seems to break his little flip phone and normally when he does we go to the Metro Store right across the street from The Westend Mall. But on the last couple of times when his phone broke we went somewhere else. And if it didn’t seemed like we were getting overcharged the service rep just came off rude. This time though when he broke his phone we went back to The Metro Store across from The WestEnd Mall. Wow what a difference,….. the service Rep Taliah was so nice, courteous, and why did it seem like we got the same phone but for half the price Lol. Ms Taliah bought me up to dates on some gas savings and restaurant savings I can receive on my phone plan and I got a free Samsung Tablet for my father so he can listen to his music. “Amberly is absolutely amazing I went to 4 different locations non of them could help me amberly took her time & actually listen to what I had to say the problem was my phone stopped working & I was told all I needed was a sim card so perched a sim card from another store my phone still didn't work the other stores I stopped at never asked the questions that amberly asked she went straight to the problem and fixed it this is what more stores need I really appreciate her she was so sweet even & very knowledgeable this will be my store from now own even though it's 45 minutes away from my house it's the fact that her customer service is amazing”
