“Been a loyal, appreciative Cycle Gear customer for I guess over 10 years now but only recently relocated to Atlanta so only recently started shopping the SE ATL location. Honestly, the best staff I've come across. Both gentleman I engaged with were both engaging and very knowledgeable about not only the equipment &gear the store had to offer, but obviously true cycling enthusiasts.
Won't be in ATL for much longer, but I'm pretty sure I'll be passing by the store before I leave if for no other reason than to thank the guys and bs about bikes one more time.

“One of the best small tire shops around for hospitality and prices. Has been around for at least 40yrs. Has plenty of loyal customers. I saved over $50 for the mount & balance of (4) 22 inch tires and disposal of my old tires. Only drawback is the amount of employees, only the owner & his wife but they get the job done.”

He then helped me find the power steering fluid that I desperately needed. Most employees, when it's time to go home, wouldn't open the door and help, with a positive attitude. “When I said Chris Floyd went well beyond to help me out of a bind, I am not over exaggerating! My battery in my car died on me on a Sunday evening when every car repair shop was closed. I happen to call that store location because it occurred over in the same area. Professional, courteous and helped me out of a real bind! I told him what occurred and he gave me his thoughts (in saying it sounded like the battery died). Due to the time of the day it was and me not wanting to leave my car and having no where to have it towed, he offered to bring over the battery I ordered from the store he is at once the store closed. Not only did he bring it, but he removed old one and replaced the new one for me. The negative side of the battery was corroded and is a while to detach terminal from old battery (he did most of the work). To run across an employee there who understood my predicament with it being Sunday evening and going out of his way—- well speaks volumes of his character and what a valuable employee he must be for AutoZone!”
