“If I could give 100 stars, I would! Everyone at this shop is amazing! I brought my 2023 Challenger here after an accident and was treated with nothing but, respect. As a woman you feel anxious going to a mechanic for repairs but, not with AutoMotorSport! They explain the process, give you the best parts and complete your repairs in a timely manner without ripping you off. All my concerns were addressed and now my car looks just like new again, they even changed my oil. Thank you AMS team!!!”

“This is my 4th time using Southside Body Works but my first time doing a review.
This most recent service required repairing several dents in the hood of my car caused by a malfunction of an overhead traffic light that fell on the hood of my car.
Not only did Jay give me a good price but the outcome.....his work is impeccable.....my entire hood looked like it did when the car was first purchased. I was extremely satisfied. I had to leave it overnight & it was ready when promised.
Southside Body Works is the best body shop on the southside.

“Yesterday my dad and I went to this location because my battery was dying and the one I had I bought here two years ago under a three year warranty. Daniel was the one who helped us and he was AMAZING! His customer service was phenomenal. He replaced my battery for us even though my dad could have done it. “Sharrod handled the majority of my interaction on a Wednesday morning after my alternator went out a couple miles away in another retail stores parking lot. Sharrod took me back to my car and followed me back to the auto zone parking lot so that I could work in my car in the parking lot. He allowed me to use his tools, coming out multiple times to make sure I didn't need any extra help.
The vibe inside the store was very connected and sociable amongst everyone working, helpful, knowledgeable as I did have to get assistance from a couple other employees while i was there.
I'm not someone who does reviews, but the customer service, especially given my situation and the manager going out his way to help me out made me ask if there was anyway for me to give thanks that would be noticed.”
“Service time takes a while and all the vague posters about how it you're caught there at night you'll be seen there in the morning implying they'll shoot you and all the gun posters are very intimidating but other than that it's fine.”
“I travel from Riverdale to Stockbridge for Chris to service my car and he does excellent work. When he gives me a time to pick up my car it is definitely ready and I’ve never questioned his integrity!”
“Do you pay a little more? Yes, but when I say NAPA is on point. They greet you, tell you they will be with you in a moment, or ask if anyone is helping you yet. They immediately get the part and your transaction is completed in under 2 mins. Bypass all the other wannabe parts stores.... too many young, inexperienced, don't care, texting on their cellphone employees.”

“Tiffany was extremely kind and helpful! I had just replaced an alternator in a vehicle and wanted to get the battery tested and the terminals tightened down. She did not hesitate and was very glad to help me out, even let me use some tools to ensure the batter terminals were tight. If I am back in the area I will absolutely be returning!”
