“Always fair and honest with pricing. If they can't fix it they will tell you they can't. Ive never had an issue with any of my 4 vehicles I've brought in for service and they always let me know if there are any available coupons i can use.”
“I was driving on the highway and suddenly my car’s wheel started to rattle. These guys took me as a walk-in and discovered that the lug nuts on my front wheel were loose! They replaced the one lug nut that had fallen out and tightened the rest at no extra charge :) These guys are great”

“Today was my 3rd time picking up my vehicle to the shop since living in the area of Richmond Hill. The entire staff has been friendly with me since day 1. Mr. Lee has been the gentlemen I spoke to the most about getting my car worked on. He sent me proof of the leaks and things needing fixed by sending videos to my email on top of the price that it will cost me. The team is quick on working on the vehicle and is very communicative. Richmond Hill Auto Care team including the owner himself that I just met are military friendly, very understanding, and worked with me for when my car was in the shop. I have been with many mechanics in multiple states and have never been so pleased and stress free. You guys have a customer for life as long as I'm in the area. Thank you!”
