“Today was my 3rd time picking up my vehicle to the shop since living in the area of Richmond Hill. The entire staff has been friendly with me since day 1. Mr. Lee has been the gentlemen I spoke to the most about getting my car worked on. He sent me proof of the leaks and things needing fixed by sending videos to my email on top of the price that it will cost me. The team is quick on working on the vehicle and is very communicative. Richmond Hill Auto Care team including the owner himself that I just met are military friendly, very understanding, and worked with me for when my car was in the shop. I have been with many mechanics in multiple states and have never been so pleased and stress free. You guys have a customer for life as long as I'm in the area. Thank you!”

“The crew definitely has integrity. They showed me the front brakes did not need to be replaced along with the rear brake replacement. Most would of up sold you and charged you. I think his name is Allen is a phenomenal tech with integrity, showed me and explained to me not waste my money. Thank you kindly gentleman for not taking advantage on customers.”

“I came in to have a battery replaced under warranty. The Auto Care Center was clearly understaffed, with only two technicians working and several cars waiting to be serviced. Despite how busy they were, both technicians remained professional and never complained. The technician who helped me made sure my battery warranty was taken care of and got me squared away. I believe his name was Oscar. If I have the name right, give this man a raise! He and the other technician were extremely professional, helpful, and hardworking. They handled a difficult workload with a great attitude. Great customer service from both of them!”
