“Y'all. I know it can be challenging when it comes to sending/receiving mail. I know I've had issues with mail forwarding before and run through many hoops to try to fix it. I know that construction is never fun at a place of business. But when I tell you that today I was truly moved at the kindness and top notch customer service I received. Doris listened when I explained my autistic brother was in the car and he was afraid of the construction noises but needed a change of address verification. She offered to step outside so that he wouldn't be overwhelmed but she could verify his identity for the form. It was a simple act--but she has my gratitude and deserves recognition. I am grateful for my local USPS workers, especially Doris. Thank you!”
