“The gentleman, I believe his name was George, at the desk was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He had my order changed for me as it was scheduled for Ogeechee Rd pick up by the online scheduling and he changed it to a pick up at his store in Rincon, which is what i had requested. This was the best experience I have ever had with UHaul. The truck was ready, it was clean, and check In and out was very smooth. Customer Service means everything!”
