“I recently had the honor and privilege of meeting the great staff at Diesel Plus. I was nearly 1000 miles from home in Texas and in dire straits to say the least. These fine people made an open stall available immediately. The efficiency and drive for true customer service was impeccable. Not to be overlooked was the hospitality shown while the repairs were done. No upsetting, pressure selling, just genuine service at a more than reasonable price. I tip my hat to all of you folks for helping me at a crucial time. Southern folks doing Georgia proud!! May GOD bless you all”
“My husband's truck was making weird noises and we were it was the transmission. We were worried about the cost and started looking around to see where we could take it. After about a week or so of searching, we decided to go with Gears Transmission. They did say it would take about 3 weeks or so for the truck to be ready.
I would call them at least once a week to see how the process is going and Steve would gladly give me updates.
It did take them about a month to fix the truck, but that was ok.
As we were picking up the truck, they apologized to us for taking so long and thanked us for our patience. We were told they are a bit understaffed and there is a lot of work to be done, but they got it done.
Before we left, we were told to call or come back if there are any issues with the truck.
I would 100% go back to them if something happens to the truck again.
I understand some people don't have the patience to wait, but that doesn't mean Gears Transmission is a bad place to take your vehicle.

“Mr Turner has been my motorcycle repairman for many years. He doesn't try to con you into thinking there are other things that need repairing. If he says you need something fixed, he means it. I took a motorcycle trip three years ago and had a busted strut. I sent him pictures and within minutes I was assured that although my ride home might be rough, I would make it home with the bike in the condition it was in. I really like the way he is toward people.”

“I recently got my brakes changed and the emergency brake alert started going off. I got a quote from another place that said it’d cost over a hundred just to get it looked at. I went to STAPP to get it checked out, and after seven hours, they gave me a call back saying that nothing was wrong with it and they just had to go into the system to edit the sensor falsely going off.
They were completely honest with me, a woman that knows nothing about cars, and they were patient and sweet. They said happy holidays and didn’t even charge me for it:) This is definitely my new favorite place to go for car trouble. I will be going back!!”
