First & foremost, Dewayne beat everyone in town on price for brand new top quality & comfortable automatic queen-size bedding set along with a beautiful automatic recliner. The delivery guys carefully delivered the beds down a narrow hallway w/no mishaps TWICE! We discovered the 1st bed (Full) needed to be traded for a Queen which they quickly resolved with no hassles. Be sure to stop and brows their HUGE showroom of brand new funiture and appliances. They have some very nice dining sets and recliners. We're VERY happy & will return. 🙂”

I never got his name but the man that works the DHL office inside was very professional and thorough with arranging the shipment. Jailin is my rep for the store, and I must say within my 10+ years of dealing with phone companies it’s extremely rare to have a store location not only have professional team members but also have REAL priority service and affordable prices (t mobile has its own towers + starlink). I came to Jalin with pretty complex issues from other carriers within my company and he rolled them out smooth as butter not to mention he also stayed an hour after work just to get my company signed up on a plan so that we had zero Down time the following business day. Jalin is more than a team member, he is an asset to T-mobile.

“I have a Sony PS-X5 direct-drive turn table I purchased in 1977. The automatic function was not properly working. I stopped in and spoke to DB at length about “vintage” hi-fi equipment, which was enjoyable. I subsequently brought my turntable in and he fixed to working order, checked the stylus and cartridge. He had it hooked up to an amp and speakers when I picked it up to demonstrate its operability. He explained the problem and the solution. This was all done inside a week and for reasonable price, as replacing it with a contemporary turntable would cost me $1,700. I highly recommend College Hi-Fi. BTW, DB has a lot of vintage equipment for sale.”

“Miguel was absolutely amazing!! Such a polite, kind, & put together young man. Great at sales & great customer service! He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. I asked how long would it take, he told me 15 mins, and I told him “no since you have someone else waiting…” Miguel said, “ma’am I don’t mind at all, you are the customer, so I’ll do whatever I need to assist you until we’re done.” He was a complete delight! “Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received at a furniture store. The new team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. The sales associate went above and beyond helping me understand all the options for the laptop I needed. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive model, he took the time to explain the differences, answer my questions, and help me choose the perfect one for my needs.
The General Manager was also extremely kind and helpful. She mentioned that most of the team is new and that they’re working hard to rebuild the store and improve customer service — and it definitely shows. The entire staff carried themselves professionally and created a welcoming environment.
Two team members in the office were also great. One of them took the time to clearly explain my payment and payoff options and even helped me sign up for the program that protects you if you lose your job. Every person I interacted with was polite, patient, and genuinely helpful.
I’ll admit I was a little nervous coming in because my sister previously had a really bad experience with one of their delivery drivers who was rude to her. But everyone I met in the store completely changed my view — they were amazing. I would definitely recommend having a conversation with the delivery team, but as far as the in-store staff goes, they’re doing an excellent job.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Even though I don’t always remember names, every single person I dealt with left a great impression. Keep up the great work!”
