“The professional associates and delivery crew at Advanced Rent to Own are AMAZING!! They've gone way above and beyond all of our expectations in every way. First & foremost, Dewayne beat everyone in town on price for brand new top quality & comfortable automatic queen-size bedding set along with a beautiful automatic recliner. The delivery guys carefully delivered the beds down a narrow hallway w/no mishaps TWICE! We discovered the 1st bed (Full) needed to be traded for a Queen which they quickly resolved with no hassles. Be sure to stop and brows their HUGE showroom of brand new funiture and appliances. They have some very nice dining sets and recliners. We're VERY happy & will return. 🙂”

“About one year ago i bought a sony av receiver from electronics express through walmart. After just over a year the receiver stopped working. I was having difficulty finding a receipt so i could get it serviced. In desperation i called the electronic express store in Hixson Tn. The person i talked to was extremely helpful. I cant remember his name but he went out of his way to help me. Because of him i was able to get a receipt even though it was not in their system he helped me find a way to get it. Because of his efforts i am able to send it back to Sony for repair. Finding a salesperson like him is rare and was greatly appreciated if more were like him things would be much better. Thank you Steve Pennington”

“I have a Sony PS-X5 direct-drive turn table I purchased in 1977. The automatic function was not properly working. I stopped in and spoke to DB at length about “vintage” hi-fi equipment, which was enjoyable. I subsequently brought my turntable in and he fixed to working order, checked the stylus and cartridge. He had it hooked up to an amp and speakers when I picked it up to demonstrate its operability. He explained the problem and the solution. This was all done inside a week and for reasonable price, as replacing it with a contemporary turntable would cost me $1,700. I highly recommend College Hi-Fi. BTW, DB has a lot of vintage equipment for sale.”

“I had my phone stolen during a trip to Atlanta. Resulted in a catastrophic series of events that cascaded into a hold at a mental hospital due to dehydration. I was desperate to get my phone back, so I could resume real life, when I got back to Chattanooga. With little hope in my heart, I showed up at this T-Mobile location. My spirit broken, I made an attempt (completely locked out of my Google account) to get a new phone. After much difficulty and idiocy on my part, Renee came through as my saving grace, my angel. She showed me patience, kindness, and outright love with her assistance. She was an amazing and outstanding agent. I highly recommend this store. They've got some amazing employees who literally helped me get my life back on track. Love you, Renee. Thanks again!”

“Miguel was absolutely amazing!! Such a polite, kind, & put together young man. Great at sales & great customer service! He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. I asked how long would it take, he told me 15 mins, and I told him “no since you have someone else waiting…” Miguel said, “ma’am I don’t mind at all, you are the customer, so I’ll do whatever I need to assist you until we’re done.” He was a complete delight! Cricket should definitely keep him around, and watch him grow within the company!! Thank you Miguel!! (Chattanooga - Lee Hwy Store)”

“The rating really depends on the time of day you come in. There is a lady during the day named Vicky that's rude and off putting. If not for my door dashing I would take my business up the road one block...but at night there is a lady named Lauryn...this lady always greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond as far as customer service! My son is Autistic and she is very attentive to our specific needs. She was out for the snow and I was worried they had lost their best employee. I hope they know what they have!”
