“One of my favorite grocery stores, but I wish the pick up order experience was smoother. The app has a lot of trouble loading after the order is placed. Unfortunately, every pick up order I place has minimum of 1 item missing every single time. Frustrating when things are listed as in stock.”

“If you shop at Food City & have a rewards card registered, Wednesdays can be very, very beneficial in getting the cheapest gas prices in the Chattanooga area. To accomplish your gas purchase easily at the pump, you will need you value card to scan, but even without it, if your phone number was used in the registeration, then providing that information makes it easy also.”
“This is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever used. I've been going to the pharmacy probably maybe right at 4 or 5 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The main pharmacist Emily who was there was the absolute best. she was friendly kind and patient. She always went out of her way to help others. I just learned that she took another job somewhere else and I'm very disheartened to see her go because she was just the best. Hopefully the new pharmacist there will be just as great as her and all the other staff are awesome as well. If I could give them a 10 star I would ??✋”

“It was very well stocked and very clean. I went early in the morning.. there were very few people in the store, and there were still plenty of cashiers open. They had all of their self check out opens. The staff was very friendly.”

“Finding a place that's good on prices and that has an in store butcher nowadays is becoming harder and harder to come by. It's very nice to know exactly what is ground up in your hamburger so when you get it home and cook it half of it doesn't evaporate and what left doesn't smell like death warmed over like other places mystery meat tends to do. Would rate 5 stars over all but even the best places seem to have 1 employee that just can't help be rude..... 99% great place”

“Visit this morning in Ringgold on Nashville st was going to purchase a bouquet of flowers that I thought were on sale for $5 but rang up $12 and boss couldn’t change the price so I was really disappointed and couldn’t spend $12 on flowers for myself so I left and as I was getting into car boss called me back into store and gave me the flowers!!!! That made my day and brought tears to my eyes!! Thank you so much for making my day!!! Just proves there are kind people in this world”

“This store has an extensive fresh fruit and vegetable choice, including organic options. The deli department is well staffed and helpful with multiple Boars Head and store brand meats and cheeses. The butcher department has plenty of selections as well as trained butchers who are happy to cut special or specific requests right there. Store selection of all other options, food and household, is excellent. The store is clean and well stocked, and employees are cheerful and helpful. A cash register attendant even took my cart to my car and loaded everything for me!”
