“Staff was friendly and understood I needed somewhere immediately for me and my kids...corrected all i saw was wrong with my room before I paid...it's okay to stay to get on your feet...just mind your business, adhere to the rules, and tend to your kids if you have any, don't let your kids run around unattended to, out after dark, or vandalize the place...they will warn you then police will be called and you will be put out.”

“Stayed at this hotel for one night. I was in Atlanta for the Usher concert at the arena and wanted to stay at a hotel close to the airport. The hotel offered free pick up service to the hotel located outside the airport. I made the mistake of going to where the ride share areas are. Don't do that, when you come up the long escalator and the baggage claim is right in front of you. Walking to the left side of the baggage claim that is by the security desk is the exit to the hotel shuttles just follow the signs once outside.
The hotel was less than 7 mins from the airport and the room was a double. I ordered room service I thought was a little pricey but I was short on time until the concert. $30 for a burger and fries and soda. Very large hotel, I have never been in a hotel where the rooms faced outward and it looked like an open concept hotel. Clean, organized and I would stay there again.

“Location was a easy drive to our families house who we were visiting. Room was good quality. I like the modern decor the Hampton Inn has adopted. Clean lines and open spaces. My only complaint would be the thermostat in the room. Needs to be a dedicated button to switch between heat/cool and not based on just turning the temp up or down. The breakfast bar was well stocked and delicious. Staff from check-in, housekeeping to check-out was exemplary. Thank you all for an enjoyable experience. ?”

“When I think of Motel 6, I think of how they used to look run down and not the best place to stay. This isn’t the case with this property. You can tell that it’s been renovated and not to mention its o my about 7 minutes from the airport. The food places to select from are in abundance. I highly recommends giving this Motel 6 a try.”

“We had no problems with reservations. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. It's close to the interstate but noise was controlled except for the early morning train. Black out curtains kept the room dark. The bed, pillows and bathroom were fine. The room was clean but the furniture was older and the upholstered chair was about ready for a yard sale. Breakfast was better than average. Nice exercise room. We would return.”

“I have to say I was having a tough day. I was going on vacation to South America with an Atlanta stop over and I didn’t have a ticket for my spouse. They lost my luggage. It is probably a 2 season series to talk about my life over the last few months and this was supposed to be a vacation! For a few minutes of peace I went to the bar at the Marriott and luckily Monica was there. I wasn’t at my best. So often today people that are client facing are uninterested, but she is engaged! Add that to her enthusiasm, lovely personality and kindness makes her truly unique. Anyone who is considering flying through Atlanta Georgia should make this a stop… It will make your day better.”

“Lots of reasons to stay other places, but then you'd be missing an excellent staff, clean rooms and safe area in South Atlanta.I stay there more than most for business and in 2 years of visits I have had 2 minor issues and NEvER an issue the management didn't resolve quickly.Ignore the bad reviews, they are a biased snap shot. I have spent 7600.00 at this hotel franchise alone in 2024 and it was monet well spent.Rooms: The rooms are basic, but functional and clean.Safety: Great area, well lit and 24 hour staff watching the property.”

“This is a great place to stay the night before flying out, like my wife and I did. It's a rather standard interstate intersection type of hotel. But the extremely kind and courteous staff really stood out. We had a small issue with our room, and they did flips to resolve it. My only complaint is that the kitchen was really light on kitchen items (e.g., there were no utensils). Oh well, at least it had a kitchen!”

“Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent and open on time but very minimal choices. Bar was always closed. Staff is kinda lazy. I would not recommend ordering linch or dinner, they had a bunch of chicken wraps just setting on the countertop for a few hours. Be careful where you park… there was several vehicles behind the building with busted out windows.”

“I checked into Room 314 at the Jamestown Inn & Suites on Saturday, Jan 3rd, around 6:00 PM. My initial impression was positive; both the room and bathroom were very clean, and the lighting was excellent. I’m giving four stars instead of five because I discovered a bag of trash tucked inside the cabinet by the TV as I was checking out. The trash appeared to be moldy, suggesting it had been overlooked for quite some time. Aside from that oversight, I enjoyed my stay and would return.”
