“My first time at this location. I came to pick up a jordan for my son. The staff was friendly and nice. I guess I came on the right day. As long as I've lived in Georgia and worked in Riverdale I've always been told to avoid this footlocker ? idk I had no issues”

“The store is always neatly organized. Even in a hectic crowd, the staff is willing to help customers. The prices are more than reasonable. The inventory changes from store to store, but the selections are attractive.Remember to keep your receipts. Five Below does not make exchanges or refunds without your receipts.My friend told me that Five Below sells books. I have found interesting books, even fun activities for couples. Books are the reasons I am visiting the store more often.”

“I recently visited this store to see what they had to offer after being away for some time. Unfortunately, I found the shoes, even the clearance items, to be significantly overpriced. Despite this, I was able to find a suitable pair of black high-top sneakers and took advantage of a BOGO deal to purchase a second pair. The cashier was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products I purchased, and her customer service was exceptional, welcoming every customer with a warm greeting. Overall, the customer service experience was old-fashioned and wonderful.”
“Salesperson wasn’t really that knowledgeable about the difference between two shoes as far a size conversion but i appreciate his help. The quality of my shoes was not good once I wore them for a day or two started to look cheap quality is definitely not the same”

“Darius assisted me in purchasing two pair of shoes on Thursday. His store didn't have my size so he insisted on ordering them for me. He assured me that I would receive the next day and he called me as promised. When I picked up my shoes I decided to purchase a few more just because of his dedication and customer service. “Located in a dying mall this Lids shop has a pretty decent selection, the guy up front whatever his name was I don't remember but he was super chill, helped me with font sizing and I'm sure most people would have said F it you get what you get. Anyway good Lids shop. Mostly the only good thing in this dead mall.”
“The manager there is amazing. Although it was hectic she was able to assist everybody while doing embroidery and working alone.
There were people there who were rude due to the wait and her moving around helping others, taking their frustration out on her when she was doing her job. I’ve came in multiple times and she’s helped me every time, very helpful and does great embroidery. Cut her some slack, you people are just rude for no reason, learn manners.”
