“Super helpful. Clay went out of his way to get me back on the road after having trailer issues. I blew a tire on the interstate about halfway through a 6.5 hour trip and had to get towed in, and he was the only one in the area with tires in stock. Even though it was late, he stayed to make sure I was taken care of and got back on the road safely. Really appreciate the effort he put in, made a stressful situation a lot easier. Can’t recommend this place enough!!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Aiden and the entire team at the Discount Tire location in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. Today, I found myself in a stressful situation when I discovered that my tire needed to be replaced just minutes before the store was scheduled to close. I was preparing to make the drive back home to Tennessee, and the thought of getting on the road with an unsafe tire was incredibly concerning. Despite it being only about five minutes before closing time, Aiden immediately stepped up and took charge of the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for my safety. Instead of rushing me out the door or asking me to come back another day, he listened to my situation, assessed the problem, and coordinated with his team to make sure I was taken care of. What impressed me most was Aiden’s attitude throughout the entire process. He was courteous, respectful, and calm under pressure. His leadership was obvious as he directed his team efficiently, and everyone worked together seamlessly to get my tire replaced and ensure my vehicle was safe for the trip home. Even though they were at the end of a long workday and ready to close, they treated me like a valued customer and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find, which is why this experience stood out so much. Aiden and his team went above and beyond expectations, demonstrating not only excellent technical service but also genuine care for the people they serve. Their willingness to stay late and help a traveler get back on the road safely speaks volumes about their character and commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of Aiden’s leadership and the dedication of his team, I was able to drive back to Tennessee with confidence and peace of mind. I am incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend this Discount Tire location to anyone looking for honest, professional, and customer-focused service. Thank you, Aiden, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Your outstanding service did not go unnoticed and is very much appreciated. Mr. Johnston 6/15/26”

“Took care of me on very short notice when I had a tire defect. I called at 730am (everyone else opens at 8am) in the morning and they were able to take me in that same morning. Pricing was fair, not amazing, but what I would expect for the amount of work being done. I have already been back since, with another of my vehicles.”

“Always get my tired here. They’ll find the best price. They’ve patched a tire that a dealership told me wasn’t patchable in the past. Promoted a local coffee shop while I waited. The tech was so enjoyable! Just a great experience.”

“We have been customer's of Maxi for decades and have always been pleased with their quick resolution, fair prices, and the honesty and integrity of Allen and his team. In the rare event something isn't exactly right, if you bring it to their attention - they will make it right. I've recommended them to friends and family for years and will continue to do so.”

“The staff was very nice and they took good care of our car. The price for the tires was quite reasonable. Just knocked one star out because the service took almost two hours. But in their defense, it's Costco so it's always full of people.”
