“Super helpful. Clay went out of his way to get me back on the road after having trailer issues. I blew a tire on the interstate about halfway through a 6.5 hour trip and had to get towed in, and he was the only one in the area with tires in stock. Even though it was late, he stayed to make sure I was taken care of and got back on the road safely. Really appreciate the effort he put in, made a stressful situation a lot easier. Can’t recommend this place enough!!”
“I cannot say enough great things about Aiden and the entire team at the Discount Tire location in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. Today, I found myself in a stressful situation when I discovered that my tire needed to be replaced just minutes before the store was scheduled to close. I was preparing to make the drive back home to Tennessee, and the thought of getting on the road with an unsafe tire was incredibly concerning.
Despite it being only about five minutes before closing time, Aiden immediately stepped up and took charge of the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for my safety. Instead of rushing me out the door or asking me to come back another day, he listened to my situation, assessed the problem, and coordinated with his team to make sure I was taken care of.
What impressed me most was Aiden’s attitude throughout the entire process. He was courteous, respectful, and calm under pressure. His leadership was obvious as he directed his team efficiently, and everyone worked together seamlessly to get my tire replaced and ensure my vehicle was safe for the trip home. Even though they were at the end of a long workday and ready to close, they treated me like a valued customer and never made me feel like an inconvenience.
Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find, which is why this experience stood out so much. Aiden and his team went above and beyond expectations, demonstrating not only excellent technical service but also genuine care for the people they serve. Their willingness to stay late and help a traveler get back on the road safely speaks volumes about their character and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Because of Aiden’s leadership and the dedication of his team, I was able to drive back to Tennessee with confidence and peace of mind. I am incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend this Discount Tire location to anyone looking for honest, professional, and customer-focused service. “Amazing experience today!! I called today after experiencing an issue with my vehicle suddenly, around the block from the shop. I was scared and worried. He told me to bring it on down for them to check it out instead of having me wait for it to be checked out. We were there about an hr but they found the issue and had us fixed right up. He blessed us, and only asked us to keep them in mind when we need our brakes & rotors changed. I can not put into words how grateful I am for that. We had a great experience here, the gentleman we spoke with was Nick. Very funny and great customer service and a blessing. If you need any work done, please go see these guys!!!
