I couldn’t believe he stayed two hours past closing to finish the car…who does that? No business I know of. I feel I have found a place I can trust to take care of all my family car needs. “The customer service is great, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate how they point out things that are needed and make recommendations without being pushy or making me pressured into something I didn’t even know I needed. It has definitely helped me to trust their recommendations and feel comfortable about additional services. It was also very easy to get approved for credit so I could the new tires I needed but couldn’t afford to pay for entirely out of pocket at the time. They do take appointments which I would strongly because they do get pretty busy with walk ins especially towards the end of the day. No complaints at all, a well run business.”

“Great service, 5 stars throughout! I had a flat tire that I needed fixed ASAP. I walked in and without hesitation I was greeted with the utmost respect and they were happy to make sure my car got fixed the same day even though it was late in the afternoon!!! Jeff and Chad did awesome (they are the only names I remember), they all did great!!! NGT is a family-owned small business which is definitely an A-Plus to me! “These guys are phenomenal. We’ve taken all of our cars here for years, and we always get great service. From the store manager Frank, to the front desk guys Brian and Michael, to all their technicians, these guys define the words friendly and knowledgeable.Their technician Steve deserves a special shout out. We had a 2007 Toyota Sequoia with an air conditioning unit that ran hot if the car wasn’t moving. It was beastly uncomfortable during the summer months. The local Toyota dealership said it was an inherent flaw in the system and couldn’t be fixed. Steve didn’t give up and he worked tirelessly to find a solution that kept us nice and cool for years afterward. Such a blessing!!This store is in Fort Oglethorpe, but If you live in Chattanooga, their 3886 Hixson Pike store (Highland Tire) is great too, headed by their amazing store manager Jeremy.Kudos to the owner Tim and to his entire organization. Highly recommended.”

“I stopped in this morning to have my tire checked. The gentleman aired it fast and efficiently and got me on the road. I drove up the road and the tire ended up going flat as I went through the car wash. I took my car back to the tire shop and it was discovered that I needed to have it plugged. The gentleman helped as soon as he had a free minute and got me back on the road again. For as busy as the shop was I was impressed with the service. I would highly recommend this tire shop to anyone.”

“I needed an alignment on my car badly. Stopped in figuring it might take all day because weekends are so busy so I went to eat lunch and maybe do a little shopping. Barely had gotten through with lunch when I got a call it was ready. Kudos to the crew for getting to me quickly. Normal time would have been 2 to 3 hours anywhere else. Price was very reasonable too! Outstanding! Now my car tracks nice and straight!”
