The blind 15 year old is always nervous going in because it’s a new environment, but she is so incredibly calm and happy when I get her back.
April doesn’t overbook herself and treats the dogs as if they are her own. This is by far the best groomer in Rome, GA

Classy Critters Grooming & Boarding
3091 Callier Springs Road Southeast, RomeThis was my first time having to leave Rocco for a week. One of my friends suggested I bring him to Classy Critters. They took very good care of my boy. I'm so glad he wasn't locked in a kennel the entire time I was gone. I scheduled a cleaned up bath for him on pick up day. He smelled so good and it lasted for a good week. I'll be switching over to Classy Critters from now on. Thank you! 🥰

722 Kingston Avenue Northeast, RomeWe have a long hair, perk eared Scottish fold who does not like being brushed and got pretty matted up. We took her to Clippers and Bows and they did a fantastic job cutting her hair and getting all the mats out. Will definitely use again for grooming on our pets.

What makes them SO special is their incredible patience and care. They do not rush their craft, taking their time and pacing everything based on each dog’s unique vibes and mood. Both of our pups look and feel magnificent! Here’s how they transformed our fur babies:
> Giant Schnauzer (Female, 4.5 yrs): They followed instructions impeccably and showed off so much skill with her styling. She came out with that crisp, regal Schnauzer silhouette and looked beyond gorgeous! ✨
> Labrador Retriever (Male, 7.5 yrs): Our Lab is an extreme shedder, but their carding and deshedding work was magic! His coat has never been so shiny, and shedding all that heavy undercoat actually made him look noticeably sleeker and thinner—hahaha! 🐶
Truthfully, we’ve had such a tough time finding local groomers in Floyd County who can actually handle giant and large breeds, but this amazingly incredible Team completely blew us away. Pure talent and heart live here at TDD!!

13 John Maddox Dr, RomeNew to the Rome area and didn’t have a regular vet after moving from New York. Dr. Conrad is fantastic and so personable. The rest of the staff is great as well. He takes the time to talk you through things and answer any questions. I had to do a euthanasia and he made sure I was fully comfortable with my decision and taking as much time as I needed to make sure I was okay with my decision. Definitely recommend this vet office.

The time it happened was right before our normal vet closes for lunch each day. They are closed for two and half hours. We didn't want to wait that long. I called about 15 vets around the area. Most would not take walk ins. The emergency vet was closed. When I called they said yes they take walk ins just would be a wait. We drove on to see how long it would be. They seen us in an reasonable time. They were great with our baby girl. Thanks so much for taking care of our fur baby.

She listens to clients and has options to meet the desires and needs of humans and their dogs. I especially loved that she didn't try to force a specific type of training on to me. She nutures the bond between the dog and it's human and that is truly what makes Cyndy Dougan at Georgia Dog Gym different.
Wanting to get started on the right foot we started our puppy in private lessons at 10 weeks old. Murphy did private lessons to give her a strong foundation. We had a vacation planned and Murphy did a board n train with her and to our surprise Murphy was mostly potty trained before it vacation but since we picked her up she's had zero accidents. It wasn't planned, it just turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Now we are in group lessons and having a ton of fun.
She has something for everyone. We are looking forward to doing agility foundations and nose work in the future.
At Georgia Dog Gym dogs relationships come first which makes training much more enjoyable and productive in the long run.
