Shaheem has been an amazing on duty maintenance personnel. He is always zipping around the complex doing the most he can in the day, genuinely connects with the residents and says hello/greets us whenever he sees us around the complex. He also follows up with residents he sees around the complex to ensure any problem he fixes stays fixed and doesn’t need any follow ups.”

I can’t say enough good things about Lora Vinson, the leasing consultant at Windward Place Apartments. Even though I live across the country and have never visited the property in person, my experience with Lora has been so incredible that I felt compelled to leave this review.

From our very first conversation, Lora has demonstrated some of the best customer service I have ever encountered — in any industry. She’s professional, patient, knowledgeable, and above all, genuinely kind. No matter how many questions I had (and there were plenty), she responded quickly, thoroughly, and with such warmth that it felt like I was speaking to someone who truly cared about my needs and concerns.

Her level of service went far beyond the standard. She didn’t just answer questions — she anticipated them. She made what could have been a stressful, long-distance decision feel completely manageable. In fact, her attentiveness and support gave me so much confidence that I felt comfortable moving forward without ever having seen the apartments in person. That’s how impactful her communication and care have been.

If Lora is any reflection of what life at Windward Place is like, then this community is something special. She is an absolute gem and deserves every bit of praise. Thank you, Lora, for setting the bar so high and making this experience outstanding from start to finish!”

“Pamela was incredibly sincere and helpful throughout the entire tour. She answered every question we had and gave us a thorough tour of multiple units, leaving such a strong first impression. It really reinforced why this is a place my boyfriend and I would love to call home. There are so many floor plans to choose from, so we’re still deciding what makes the most sense for us—but overall, it was an amazing experience. Also want to note, the property is very well maintained and very clean.”

“We recently moved-in to Collingwood Apartment and the movin-in experience was amazing. Thanks a lot to Darius, the leasing manager. He is very nice and supportive. We have a very positive experience living at Collingwood Apartments in Alpharetta. The community is quiet, well maintained, and in a great location with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, schools, and major roads.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the community has a nice overall atmosphere. The leasing office and maintenance team have also been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Collingwood and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in the Alpharetta area.”

“I recently toured an apartment at Magnolia at Milton and had the pleasure of working with Sequoia Bickford, and I can’t recommend her enough. I came in as a walk-in, but you’d never have known it from how she treated me. She was patient, thorough, and answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or like I was just another name on her list.

Her professionalism was matched by how genuinely comforting and warm the whole experience felt. She clearly knows the property and surrounding area inside and out, and it showed in the confidence and detail she brought to every answer. Thanks to her, I’m excited and confident about my decision to move into Magnolia at Milton. If you’re touring this community, ask for Sequoia — she’ll take great care of you!”

“Hands down, one of the best places I’ve lived since in Ga. It begins with the leasing office . Everyone is courteous, professional and attentive. I’ve lived here for a year, no problems at all. Maintenance is friendly and prompt making repairs. Grounds are always clean, no car break in’s in our parking garage. I just love it here. I’ll be getting one of the larger units with upgrades. Rent is below market and remains. For this area, that’s amazing! Owner is more concerned with keeping tenants than making money. I live next to our courtesy office, he loves it here too!
6/16/26 update: wanna give another high praise to my maintenance team for working as fast and as diligently as ever . They came immediately to fix my AC. It was 90 degrees outside but during menopause, that feels like 100000 degrees 😂😂
They put on their gentlemen capes and saved me once again. They truly do the best job they can. Always polite & diligent! Thanks so much guys!!”

“The Belmont maintenance team deliver exceptional service everytime especially when mounting our kitchen microwave, they arrived the same day the request was submitted with all the necessary tools and hardware. They installed the unit securely, level, and flush under the cabinet while keeping all wiring neatly organized and protecting our stovetop from debris. When an issue arose with the outlet not drawing power, they diagnosed and fixed the circuit problem on the spot instead of delaying the job, ultimately leaving the kitchen spotless and functioning perfectly. Great job belmont maintenance team under Omar.”

“I just moved away (sadly we had to move away due to having to move to different city .) but I LOVED my apartment here. I was here over 1 year and I truly loved everything about this apartment. I love the location, it’s so conveniently located. It’s quiet, I barely ever heard my neighbors. The apartments are so cute and trendy. The amenities are really nice and if you’re looking for an apartment I definitely recommend!”

“Bell Perimeter is a very good apartment community, having very good professional leasing office staff especially Michele and Alyssa. Layout of apartment are also very good, all the amenities like swimming pool, Gym, Club room with coffee machine is very good and updated. Bell apartment IN and Out security system is also very good. Parcel delivery system via Fetch is also very good. Utilities and services included is also on time.”

“I've been house-hunting for an apartment in this area, and so far, I've liked everything about Park Trace. Yami has been fantastic — from accommodating a last-minute tour to helping me through the application process. From my very first interaction with her over the phone, she has been professional, kind, and great to interact with. Moving and apartment hunting can be stressful, but she has been patient, attentive, and helpful with every question or concern I’ve had so far. I do like this complex only because of the office and maintenance staff. I just wish the rest of the residence would take care of it because it’s a home for everyone and not a low income housing with car seats sitting on the front porch, bikes blocking sidewalks and stored in bushes. We constantly have issues with the kids running in front of cars so proceed with caution because the parents are no where to be found. They ride their bikes in front of the parking spot or garage you are pulling into. It takes one idiot to put a bag in front of the garbage and the rest of the village follows. Blocking the garbage can with tons of garbage that the maintenance have to clean up after.

Again, great staff just residence treat it like a low income complex.”

“I’ve had a great experience so far. My apartment looks exactly like the photos on the website and what I saw during my tour. The renovated kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops, deep sink, & modern stove.

Latrelle was professional throughout the entire leasing process. I had a scheduling conflict on my move-in day due to my own busy work schedule, but she was patient, understanding, and worked with me through everything. She made the process as smooth as possible.
The entire staff has been welcoming and friendly from the beginning.”

“We are probably one of the longest renting tenants at Haven at Avalon. We’ve been here 8years. Obviously we like the apartment and community or we would not still be here. The amenities are great and the staff is responsive to most things, except the noise. We face the green (Regal Theater). The noise of children screaming and running around after 10pm is amazing. We’ve called several times and have written a formal email to management requesting someone be stationed at the green at 10pm to let the families know that the “park” is closed. The website states that “no children under 21 are allowed to be on the green after 10pm.” This is not enforced. The signs down on the green say “no running, no yelling” at any time on the green. This is not enforced. It seems that the people that are contributing the most to Avalon - through rent - should be the people that management would like to keep happy.”

“Linq at North Springs has been my home for the past 8 years, and my experience has been exceptional. The quality of the apartments, responsive management, friendly leasing staff, and reliable maintenance team made it a wonderful place to live.

The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and located in a prime Sandy Springs location with convenient access to shopping, dining, and MARTA. Maintenance requests were rare and typically resolved within a day.

One of the best parts of living at Linq has been the strong sense of community. Resident events are well organized with great food, fun activities, and opportunities to connect with others.

Safety has also been a standout feature, with secure access and a strong focus on resident security. As a resident, I have always felt safe and comfortable here, which is something I greatly value.

Overall, Linq offers luxury living, a great location, responsive management, and a welcoming community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and convenient apartment community.”
