“My family has lived here for five years so when I moved to the area I knew where I wanted to rent. This place is in a great location and is really a great community. I have never really spoken to staff at my past apartments but the folks here are friendly and help make the community a family oriented place. The new manager Daniel assisted me when my leasing coordinator was out sick and I was able to move in smoothly with no issues. “I lived here for 3 years and had a mostly positive experience. It’s nice and tucked away but very close to shopping and interstates. The gym is nice and never crowded, there is a nice sidewalked road to walk on, some wooded area around also. Marta is right across the street so that’s convenient. Jordan the maintenance man is always so kind and fixes issues in a timely manner. Management has always been fair when it comes to any issues. There was a time when the fire alarms were going off a lot but that was resolved before I moved out. Kinda regret moving honestly!”
“Thanks to the Head maintenance Lucius and his quick prompt response to our AC and heating system we were able to get it back up and running once again. The system stopped cooling completely. Not only that, but because of the unit being 30 plus years old, he is recommending and will have installed a new interior and exterior units to prevent any continued and inconveniences with our Heating and Air system! We are very grateful for the work he does and the great attitude and attention that he brings with every visit.”
