“Just about everytime I go to check out someone is there asking if I need belief or just automatically start helping me with bagging my items. Mind you I come in to shop every week and never ask for help and they always end up counting my things. When I asked why they do this they said it was “ company policy” and that they do it to everyone. Which is false because if they’re not working they’re talking at the front counter. Also I’m black. Anyone else that has checked out young or old have been white and shop without having anyone intervene. So if you’re a person of color prepare to be uncomfortable from the staff and the manager who is most likely white and doesn’t care.”

“This place was smooth sailing and I loved the selection. BUT...

-The employees did seem super depressed.. That bothered me. I felt like I needed to call a hotline and not leave them unattended. That's how sad they seemed. I'm not telling anyone to jump up and down and sing for me or even to smile. But ... I just hope everything is ok at home .. anyway....

I felt like royalty as if they did it just for me…. Ok, I felt more like a kid in a candy store but you get the gist of what I’m trying to say.Anyhow, they had just about everything I didn’t need (let my family tell it) because let’s face it what store can you get good essentials at a fraction of the price over, and over, and not frequent… Right? Who’s with me? Ok, enough about that. Let’s get to the kicker.As I get up to the counter with a hand basket overflowing with 10 more of the same items I already have at home; there was this friendly, energetic person, also known as the store’s manager working the register with no hesitation, he even had the eagerness to answer questions of those just walking into the store.He was doing more than one job at once and didn’t have one reservation about it. Mind you guys it’s the Christmas season so he was busy, the only cashier, and yet he did it effortlessly with glee. He was a middle-aged African American (I’m horrid with names, but I know descriptions.. ha!) who made me and my money feel appreciated. And if you know me by now, that is essential for me.For that I will pass up others along the way and detour to this particular one anytime! Simply because this place is like Dollar Tree Heaven ? who put this here? They deserve a raise .”

“This is a bigger Dollar Tree outlet among those I visited at Alpharetta, Suwanee, Buckhead, and Hapevile.Lots of choices and varieties. When compared to other outlets where I found few aisles empty, here all aisles were having merchandise.Billing is - as usual at Dollar Tree - fast and easy. Lots of Parking. Few other shops nearby - so you can plan your visit combining other shopping.I didn't had much time to shop. Will visit leadurely later.”

“This is one of my favorite Dollar Tree stores. Mel and Alyssa are sweet as can be. Not sure if it was the manager, but I overhead him bad mouthing other employees behind their backs and mentioning he may just quit. Not acceptable behavior to be talking about other employees badly behind their backs and complaining about having to stock the shelves. Likely the reason why the store has a hard time keeping employees. They are short staffed and on a few occasions, the store has been closed during regular business hours.”

They have from frozen food, ice creams, eggs, butter, luncheon meats, breads, spreads and cheeses etc... including canned goods, boxes dry goods and spices and toppings needed for all your breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. The have every snack favorite imaginable including many which prepare in minutes in a microwave or oven and/or BBQ grill. They have a wide selection of items to prepare on the go from any place their is a microwave to "Heat & Eat". Just serve these meals after you just cook them because they are all prepared ready to eat. You find many meals marked as "ready-to-eat", just "heat & eat"...!Dollar General carries just about everything I need and a little bit of everything else I sometimes look for, even the hard to find kind. Whatever I could ever want and need to live comfortably is usually available here, including but not limited to wearables, shoes, hats, caps and underwear & tee shirts sets, to sandels, slippers, sneakers, and even everyday casual shoes for work or play. From everyday needed shoe laces to the shoe polish we require to make us look good, to most name brand household items to live comfortably to all the saundries items needed for home, auto and work, such as laundry, dryer and household cleaning supplies & products. Dollar General even carries most of our desired name brand HBA and a full line of cosmetics for woman and young ladies to a complete line of products men and children.The carry all well as an extensive line of "over-the-counter” medicines and non prescription name brand drugs we commonly used in our daily lives.It's not you typical "Dollar Store"... It's more of a Walmart®, Kroger®, CVS®, and Walgreens® but not all they carry pet, office, auto, lawn & garden supplies as well. You might as well include Staples®, Petco®, and Auto Zone® included all in one spot... The only thing they don't sell gasoline and diesel but they carry most of the Gas Station quick purchase items including cigarettes, lighters and butane.Dollar General has become my "go-to-place" for everything, my everyday needs require to be successful and happy. Truthfully, they have become my only place to go for all my hometown neighborhood local last minute shopping place.I even shop for all my last minute gifts and kids toys for there birthdays and holidays... You might as well call them a "general store", because they sell everything including my gifts wrap needs and even satisfy my craving for candy... Dollar General has an extensive line of 100's of kind of candy's, snack cakes, dessert sweets and every kind of soda and beverages your desire When you need it, Dollar General is my place to go and it's prices are Cheap too! It saves me time, gas and the hassel of daily traffic from going to the "big box" shopping outlets we are forced to go to for everything.Thanks for hearing me out...I give Dollar General a "5 star" customer satisfaction rating for there customer service, friendly employees, product selection, item availability and price point product selection pricing. “It is family dollar. Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. If they exceed those expectations, you are definitely winning. This location was renovated during covid19. It use to be a complete wreck. Now it is just a family dollar. Progress has been made. You're still going to wait in line, but be rushed through checkout. Again, it is family dollar where you can get a quick low cost buy and keep it moving.”
