“I ordered a Prescription Diet flavor my cat with kidney disease hadn't tried before. Unfortunately he not only didn't love the taste, but it didn't agree with his stomach. Petco rep sent me a replacement bag of the "old flavor" at no charge & advised that I could donate the rest of the almost full bag to a shelter or take to a store. Also gave me an additional credit because based on previous slow delivery I thought I might need to buy a small bag to hold me over. A good experience overall, would have given 5 stars if I could have gone to a nearby store to buy an 8.5 bag rather than having to wait for it to be shipped.”
