The Breedlove family recently purchased the store, and while they kept a lot of the historic equipment , inventory and supplies that were in the original store, they have added on two additional rooms, renovated Those portions of the building and added a huge inventory of new products. Chandler and Gavin are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend Rutledge Hardware, whether you live in Rutledge or Morgan County, or whether you live nearby. It's worth the drive to get amazing, personal, friendly service by local people. And if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll be happy to order it for you . We love Rutledge Hardware!”

“Meat department is back!
Love the store but honestly the meat department had really went down months back. Stopped in to get some steaks and was totally impressed with the meat case! Clean crisp and organized! Rich is first class! I wanted a cut that had sold out that day and he quickly said I can have some tomorrow for you to pick up!
Now that's something you damn sure don't get there days!”

This morning, we had an issue with one of our Exmark zero-turn mowers and I contacted Eric in the service department at Ace Hardware. After I explained what was going on, Eric told me to bring the mower in. Within one hour, they had it diagnosed, repaired, and back in service.
As a small lawn maintenance company, downtime can have a huge impact on our day. Thanks to Eric and Brian, we were able to get the mower back in the field and complete every one of our customers' properties as scheduled.

“I would like to thank Robin for her assistance with my Roadie job. When I was there to pick up an order for a customer, she worked quickly to let me know that the customers order was picked up by the customer. As I explained to her how Roadie would not cancel the order on my end even though I notified them by email and on their chat that the order was picked up by the customer. Roadie app would not let me cancel the delivery until I waited for 15 minutes. However, even after the 15 minutes. Roadie app glitched and would not cancel the order. I called them and no one answered. I sent them a email and no answer, then I contacted via chat and no one from Roadie replied. When I let Robin know about not being able to contact anyone from Roadie. Robin tried her best to assist but there was nothing further she could do on her end sense the matter was really a Roadie issue. I thank you for being so patient with me as trying to figure out a solution to get the job cancelled on the Roadie app.”
