“Great place to shop; quality furniture at a good price and excellent service. We bought a couch a year ago and had a problem with one of the cushions. The customer service lady listened and immediately arranged to send James out to photograph the small leather area that seemed to be peeling. He came same day, took pics and explained what would happen next. Bottom line: one week later James called to say the manufacturer (and the store) wanted to give us a NEW couch! We were thrilled and are now awaiting the couch next week. Amazing, quick an efficient service! Highly recommend shopping there. We will definitely shop there again, when needed.”

I got a flat tire on the way on the way to the trampoline park with my mom and niece and happened to pull into their parking lot.
Winston and a couple other employees quickly came to help us to, not only get the spare on, but also helped us get the flat tire patched and and back onto the car.

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nicole—she was absolutely great! She’s truly an asset to your team, and we deeply appreciated her assistance during a stressful time. We were recently involved in a fender bender and needed to replace all of our car seats, and Nicole’s support made a big difference.
On the other hand, I do feel it's worth mentioning that our interaction with Rick was less than ideal. Customer service isn’t a strong fit for him based on our experience, and I believe someone with a friendlier approach would better represent your brand.
