175 Skylane Rd, St Simons IslandFew years ago, They saved my cat, Thomas from a urinary blockage. His bladder was the size of a grapefruit; at the edge of bursting. They drain the urine and sent him home with muscle relaxers, urinary wet food, and medicine. I am so thankful even now.
Just recently, they saved my 3 puppies from parvo. The shot they gave them worked so fast. It got them more energetic and now their color in their gums is coming back. 1 puppy, Lily her nose went from white to pink. I never seen medication work so fast. I am so thankful and appreciative. Thank You for saving our fur babies. They are doing so well now.

The absolutely cozy interior and warm welcoming wait staff made the experience all that much better. I went for a couple glasses of their Altamaha beer which was incredible, and I ordered their famous burger with fries. Let me tell you this burger would destroy a fifty dollar New York cheeseburger. It was like a symphony of flavors. The staff makes the whole experience welcoming. We'll return soon

Probably 30-40% cheaper than michigan or California. Quality of sushi was great. Decent variety. It was fresh. Sunomono salad was great and for the price had a surprising amount of fish in it. I dont like cooked rolls and between cooked and simple rolls they had a lot. But they let me customize some of the simpler rolls to be what I wanted with no complaints. Surf clam, octopus and salmon were excellent. The tuna was ok. Was still fresh but just very basic quality. Service was consistent and good. We were promptly served. Atmosphere is basic and clean.

My girl had a tiny run-in with a beam (because… kids ?), and before I could even gather myself, the owner was right there checking on her and on me. That kind of care says everything. Great food. Great music. Even better people. What started as supporting friends turned into finding a place we’ll be back to again and again. The Golden Isles really do shine ✨

We stumble into this place and we both order burgers. I ordered the black and blue burger and she ordered the cheese burger and sweet potato fries. All we talked about on our drive back was how great the burger was. It had amazing flavor inside and out. Perfectly cooked. Definitely one of the best flavored burgers we ever had. If we make it back south and need a lunch spot, I will be stopping back.

Sal’s Neighborhood Pizzeria
3415 Frederica Rd, St Simons IslandCame to Sal’s Neighborhood Pizzeria and had a great experience. We ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks and the margherita pizza both were fresh and hit the spot. The tiramisu cake was absolutely out of this world, easily a highlight of the meal.
Staff was friendly, welcoming, and on point. Funny side note: someone was hogging the restroom, so while waiting, I ended up having a full 10-minute conversation with a local older gentleman who basically interviewed me and now knows my whole life story ?. Super nice guy though wished me a Happy New Year, which honestly added to the neighborhood charm of the place.
Good food, good people, and great vibes. Definitely coming back. ?✨Also try the Ranch Sauce for sure.
