Tsaocaa Neptune: Fried Chicken and Asian Cuisine
255 3rd St, Neptune BeachFriendly staff and cute and clean restaurant. I ordered spring rolls, which usually taste the same everywhere, but these really stood out! Very fresh and crispy on the outside, while substantially filled on the inside.
Also got a side of edamame which was a generous portion.
But the real standout was the sesame balls. I've only had these at one other place, and they were the same chewy consistency throughout. These however, were a little larger, with a crispy shell on the outside, followed by a chewy layer, and then a little gooeyness on the inside. Really yummy and was the perfect little not-too-sweet dessert. Next time I'll try something from their extensive bubble tea menu and some Korean fried chicken.

Food was great as well. My daughter definitely loved her food. We will for sure keep coming back to this restaurant.

Some tables inside ok, not great seating there. Coffee is better than most, you certainly can find better, but acceptable. Both light and dark roast available. The staff is nice, but the main issue is the slow service. It's not for a lack of people working there, it's the very slow process trying to order and pay. I've been here many times.. You would think that taking serving customers would be the priority. And good luck getting milk/half and half or anyone to help. Friendly, but inefficient. Worth going here, but fyi. Hopefully this helps

The room hums with easy conversation, the kind that makes you relax before the coffee even hits the table. I went sweet with the Crescent City French Toast. Thick slices of brioche, soft in the middle with just enough structure to hold the weight of bananas, caramel sauce, and maple syrup. It was unapologetically indulgent and did exactly what brunch should do, it made the morning feel like a small celebration. My wife went savory with the fish and eggs. A simple whitefish fillet, seasoned and grilled on the flat top, paired with fluffy scrambled eggs and a side of baked apples. The fish was spot on, clean, tender, and quietly confident in a way diner fish rarely is. Places like this earn regulars the slow way, by being steady. Good food, warm service, and no pretense, just breakfast done right. 4 out of 5 A dependable neighborhood diner that makes mornings better.

301 Atlantic Blvd, Neptune BeachCayla our server and Beth was the best! The food was amazing and freshly made with the most amazing flavors! What a way to enjoy our weekend off from truck driving and the medical field , especially from having five children and four grandchildren where we are great cooks and just needed a table to feel at home away from home. Cayla told us to return for the Hendricks burger, so we will definitely be back with our whole family for more flavorful food!
Way to go for being the salt of the earth adding flavor and peaceful music to Neptune beach and the smooth salt air! We can’t wait to return!
