I was sad about that. I even called the 100 customer service and they took everything off my profile and I still wasn’t able to verify my identity.”

Maintenance always on point when we’ve had trouble, we have had some issues but nothing that isn’t normal for an apartment and always get resolved right away. My husband and I love living here and have not had any issues. Gym is constantly getting cleaned (everyday) all staff is very polite and nice. Great service overall.”

We just moved in a month ago and it has been a NIGHTMARE. It’s such a bait and switch. The apartments are nice but they’re not insulated well so you can hear every footstep your neighbors take, you can hear them arguing, using the bathroom, playing video games, music, etc.
The hallways are dirty, the carpets are stained, there’s usually trash in the hallways. Every single elevator went down one day and everyone had to walk up the stairs after being directed to every single elevator across the lot because the leasing office, par for the course, had NO idea about what was going on. Leasing agents have lied about conversations they’ve had with us and remain consistently uninformed. They’re very nice but, unfortunately, useless.
Fetch is a ridiculous packaging system and more often than not your packages get lost. We’ve had multiple issues with other mailing carriers having issues finding the location so important deliveries get delayed.
Maintenance walks into your apartment without putting notes in the system. It’s a free for all. No notice - they just use their master key for non-emergencies. You have to physically go into the leasing office to actually request that no one enters your apartment for non emergencies without your consent or your knowledge.
Less than a month after moving in, they doubled the price of their “secure” parking which isn’t secure by the way. The gates to the parking area have been broken since we got here so you’re now paying double for un-secured parking AFTER signing a lease which states a different price.
Also, if you do decide to move here - TAKE SCREENSHOTS of your payment records. They get removed from your portal. We paid for January and now the records are no longer there (I took screenshots so we’re okay), but that’s a little weird. I would go into the leasing office to request a record, but why should I have to? And who knows? I might be told I need to send an email.
Do not be fooled by the pretty apartments. Just a little over a month and we’re very seriously considering paying the additional cost to break our lease and find somewhere that actually cares about their residents.”
