“I had the most basic of expectations after a tree fell on my car after an ice storm. It's refreshing to have expectations not only exceeded but completely blown away. My car? Amazing - completely restored like new. But that's not even the best part. Megan and Adam went above and beyond advocating for me and working their magic. They educated me, guided me and got me a much better result than I even dream possible. There is new life breathed into my 1996 BMW Z3 that I was giving up on. Now I have a restored classic car from Classic Collison! I don't even live in Sandy Springs, but I would drive here from Nashville just to work with Megan and Adam again! They earned my trust”
“I had ordered some pants on Revzilla that were too big and setup a return with them. I saw that they had the right size and called to make sure before I drove out there. They said they didn't but that they could take the return from RevZilla. So I went there just to take care of the return. Melissa helped me and it turned out they did have the right size. So she took care of the return and was able to get everything done at one time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She even cleaned off my helmet. Great customer service!!! I will definitely be back.”

“I recently had a torn flare and lower side rear bumper went to different body shops amd got different opinions and estimates, after looking at my car and giving me the cost of the repair I decided to go with Alfa Collision. Luis was very professional and friendly, together with Hediye they are both professional and gave me a price that I was much happier with what I had gotten from other places. They assured me to fix it like new in a very timely manner. Rest assured I went back today and picked it up and not only did they repair the bumper and body they also washed my car and returned it in a clean condition. I hope I never have to go to any collision center ever again but if I or anyone else ever does end up needing repairs I would strongly suggest to just go straight here and dont waist your time getting estimates or shopping around.”

“I got in an accident and took my car to them per the recommendation of the person who hit my car. I got an appointment for an estimate quickly and went there for it. The estimate was completely accurate and they were very quick and accommodating with getting my car in. They gave me an estimate for the days that the repairs would take. It ended up going a few days over because they’re closed on the weekends. When I got my car, they had done a wonderful job with all the repairs. They also cleaned the outside and inside. “Andrew was the person who assisted me. I was down bad.....and needed a new battery and windshield wipers. First off, he was courteous. Second, he was super knowledgeable. But best...he wanted to help me. When I explained my situation he found the best price for my battery. And even better, he found the right windshield wipers for my car.....ON CLEAREANCE. This is my neighborhood auto parts store and I have consistently had excellent service. But I wanted to shout out Andrew, because this was the best!”
