I stopped by uBreakiFix, as we have used them in past for phone and ipad screen repairs…. the gentleman working was so knowledgeable and polite! I am pretty sure he could tell I was clueless and He showed me how to unlock the problem… and get the tablet to work again. I appreciate his customer service!!! He did not even charge me, which I tried to pay. I will defiantly go back and recommend for screen and technology repairs.”

“I just had the absolute best, and life saving experience! I am traveling, broke my phone, and could not use my GPS or make calls.
Then, after filing the claim with Asurion, waiting 3hrs for repaired, there was a mistake on the claim so I needed to call the insurer.
The store let me use the phone and assisted me with navigating customer service to get the error resolved and repair the phone in record time. Thank God, and this team at UbreakIfix!”

“Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. He asked me when did I call because in his words “this may not have been the correct store I spoke with” so he literally asked for proof of me calling in which I showed him. He then still did not acknowledge the price. Not until I told him the actual model of my phone. Then he goes “oh you have a 16, sorry about that”— well being that you fix phones everyday you should’ve probably asked instead of assuming I had the model you thought I had. I felt like he was determined not to honor the price I was quoted until I told him the model of my phone. I’m not sure why he didn’t ask in the beginning, just for clarification. Nevertheless, my phone was fixed in a timely matter, I just didn’t appreciate the push off vibe that was given to me. Didn’t anticipate that after having a welcoming over-the-phone conversation the previous week. I trust the repair process was worth it.”

Even though they were closing soon, he fixed my cell phone within those 20 minutes and was very pleasant. I highly recommend them to anyone I know!”

“2023 07 21: Had brought my old MacBook Pro 2013 in March, then this time Dell Inspiron 13 2-in-1 i7 model 2015. Both were suffered by slower response time and long waiting while searching web. I called Metro Computer and asked for upgrade from HDDR to SSD drive. Had completed both works in quick and professional manner. 100% satisfied and recommend for taking care of your old PC.”
“Not in an obvious location but a very good place to get your phone battery replaced !! Quick, economical and friendly. Right inside the main entrance to Northlake Mall! Not many other stores still in the mall but plenty of room to get your “daily steps” in while you wait!! You won’t get to do many though because they are very quick!!!!”

“I needed to have my QSC KS118 sub repaired under warranty and Wizard Electronics was one of three local QSC authorized repair options. I called all three, with the other two telling me honestly that it would be 7-10 days before a diagnosis could be made. Wizard told me they could do it that day. I crossed my fingers, braved Atlanta traffic, drove it over, and dropped it off. As I was unloading the beast, a worker noticed and had the door propped open for me as I approached. Now I waited. I got a call the next morning informing me that the issue/s had been diagnosed and that the parts had been ordered from QSC. I had been warned by all three repair shops that parts were potentially back ordered and that it likely would be a lengthy process. I decided to wait a week before checking back in to see the status. Before I could call back, I received another call telling me that my order was ready for pickup!!! I was super impressed to say the least. I’ve tested the sub since picking it up and it is once again awesome! I would highly recommend Wizard Electronics. An awesome experience all around!”

“Loving everything about my tuned-up, cleaned-up 70s Pioneer receiver which I hadn't used in years, and I missed it so. The display (which was almost entirely gone) is glowing a sweet blue and everything sounds clean and warm and nice. Loving the radio too. So satisfying. These guys did an excellent job. ???? “As usual, I had a fantastic experience at batteries plus. The folks that work at the Decatur location are always very kind. On this particular day, a gentleman named Isaac assisted me very well in replacing some very old fluorescent bulbs for my garage. I told him I wanted the brightest ones available and he did some research and came out with some that were even better than the ones he had first recommended. I appreciate Isaac taking his time and providing such excellent customer service. My garage has never been this bright. Thanks a million guys!!”
“I unfortunately have a very expensive JVC 3-D projector that stopped working. JVC said there were only two facilities in the US that could repair it: Chicago and Houston. I looked all over ATL for someone that would even attempt to work on it. RER was the only one I found. For half of what it would cost me to ship it - they diagnosed the problem and for a fraction of what it would cost me to have the authorized service center repair it RER had it back to me in a week. Theater is back in business!”
