Whether you have had positive or zero returns or positive or negative experiences with the advisors, you have to get in touch with their Concierge group of Ty J Young. My most recent interaction was with Tina of that group. She helped navigated a problem I was having with one of my contracts and their payout of RMDs. Not only did she resolve the situation but she also followed up with status updates. Additionally, she spent time explaining some misconceptions I had with the annual contract reviews with my advisor. Her explanations were succinct and her attitude was positive and professional. I was in there today for an unusual transaction and the young woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and had my business taken care of within a couple minutes. She was very buttoned up. I have found Fidelity representatives to be very helpful on the phone, but there's nothing like having an office you can walk into and speak with a representative face to face.”
