“We had a small problem with a bed we purchased from Complete which was a manufacturing problem. Oreen got pics and stayed on the manufacturer until the part was replaced under warranty in which the manufacturer was slow to acknowledge. He immediately installed it. Complete has great customer service and that is important when dealing with people who are ill. He also kept me posted on everything. They want and earn your business.”

Anyone who has had a big surgery out of the blue knows that it's pretty intimidating. There's a lot of planning and choices.Its easy to feel alone. Ashley put an end to all that. She listens, works in a timely fashion, has compassion and great people skills. She really cares about what she does and let's face it that is not something that's common anymore. “I have visited this business several times in the past. It’s a very friendly family owned business. The staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. They have been at this location since they opened for about 18 years and the experience shows! I came in for some wound care and the employee spent more than 20 mins helping me get the right option for me. You can tell they care about people and have a great understanding of the products they sell. I also got some grab bars and a cane for my mother. Highly recommend!!!!!”

“I had a good experience with Advanced. It took awhile to get my appointment set up. The class to use my CPAP equipment was very good. Instructor friendly and personable. I had a problem when I Iost my mask and hose during a move and they were great. Helped me replace it for minimal cost and didn't effect my compliance.”
“We needed a bed asap because the hospital wanted my mother in law out. Their "preferred provider" said they would be unable to get a bed to us for several days. Stuart and team jumped through hoops to get us one the next day. Very professional, communicative and friendly. When she passed 3 months later and we called for pick up they were out the next day. Highly recommend.”
“I almost didn't go to this place due to some of the reviews but I am so happy I did. I needed to rent a cpap due to mine not working. My situation was a bit urgent as I had not been getting much recuperative sleep or good breathing support. I went to their location and everyone from the customer service rep working at the cubicle to the therapy specialist, and managers helped me! The therapist that worked with me gave me an excellent and thorough orientation on how to use the cpap I rented. They answered all my questions and felt so relieved to get the help I needed. They have fair pricing for cpaps based on my research! They were professional and I felt the therapist had a true willingness to help me! I don't know what happened in the other cases but I can say that my experience was truly great!
