I had another fantastic experience with National Seating & Mobility. This time with Danny handling my stairlift installation and I truly cannot say enough good things about the company and their team.

After my new stairlift arrived at their facility, they immediately contacted me to schedule installation, which I really appreciated. On the original install day, we unfortunately ran into an unexpected issue: removing my old stairlift (which was not a Bruno and was installed by a different company) took an extremely long time. Because of that delay, we had to reschedule the installation of the new stairlift for another day.

What impressed me most was how quickly and professionally National Seating & Mobility handled everything afterward. They contacted me the very next day and managed to get me rescheduled within just a couple of days, which honestly exceeded my expectations. That level of responsiveness and customer service is rare these days.

Danny, my installer, was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated as he worked, explained everything clearly while building and installing the chair, and took the time to thoroughly walk me through how everything operates. He performed multiple test runs himself and also had me test it to ensure everything was working perfectly and that I felt comfortable using it.

Nothing felt rushed at any point. Everyone I worked with was professional, communicative, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work.

I absolutely love my new stairlift and am so thankful I trusted National Seating & Mobility with this process. From James helping me initially to Danny handling the installation, the entire experience has been top tier. Highly recommend this company and their team!

I had such a great experience working with James Dunlap, Accessibility Consultant at National Seating & Mobility. After reaching out to multiple companies; sending emails, leaving voicemails, and following up repeatedly; I wasn’t able to get any real assistance with maintaining my current stairlift.

Everything changed when I contacted National Seating & Mobility. From the start, their team was responsive and efficient. They gathered my information and had James out to see me within just a couple of days.

James was absolutely wonderful to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options, listened carefully to what mattered most to me, and clearly outlined the timeline. I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which was such a breath of fresh air compared to my earlier experiences.

“I received outstanding service in the use of a medical chair to relieve a frozen shoulder. The representative Katie Fairchild Delivered the chair set it up gave detailed instructions on how to use it. Checked on the a week later via text. The chair was kept for over two months with Kaitie coming over and changing the use of the chair to stretch out other areas of the shoulder. Kaitie was a consummate professional texting two or three days before offering times that you could come to change the chair out. She answered all questions and always followed up a week later to see if the chair Usage was helping. And recovered from my frozen shoulder much quicker because of this chair and I truly appreciate Kaitie.”

I had a problem when I Iost my mask and hose during a move and they were great. Helped me replace it for minimal cost and didn't effect my compliance.”

My situation was a bit urgent as I had not been getting much recuperative sleep or good breathing support. I went to their location and everyone from the customer service rep working at the cubicle to the therapy specialist, and managers helped me! The therapist that worked with me gave me an excellent and thorough orientation on how to use the cpap I rented. They answered all my questions and felt so relieved to get the help I needed. They have fair pricing for cpaps based on my research! They were professional and I felt the therapist had a true willingness to help me! I don't know what happened in the other cases but I can say that my experience was truly great!
