“As a physician who demands top tier customer service, impeccable formulations, and flexible solutions often at the last minute, I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy and staff. Alex helped one of our patients who needed medication before international travel, and the patient was super appreciative. I highly recommend you work with them.”

“I stopped by D & B Pharmacy after a friend recommended them, and I’m glad I did. The staff here treat you like they genuinely care, not just like another person in line. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. The place is clean, organized, and has a calm feel that makes errands a little easier. It’s the kind of neighborhood pharmacy you can trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“This is an awesome pharmacy. John, one of the pharmacy techs, is in particular outstanding in all aspects of his job. No matter how busy he is, he always provides me with customer service that is above and beyond what is expected. He does this for everyone. I have noticed him doing this whenever I am waiting in line. He always answers questions fully and makes sure everyone feels fully taken care of. My doctor's office recently made a logistical error and was 2 days late calling in a critical medication for me. John took ownership of this situation. Beginning Sunday afternoon until Wednesday lunchtime he checked tirelessly in the system for the medication and even offered to phone me when the med was available. The medication was finally sent at 11:30 Wednesday and I received the text that it was available at 12:06. I did not have to take ANY action, did not have to call the pharmacy, anything. John was watching and the medication was ready. The level of service provided by John in this specific situation, and by this pharmacy in general are just 6 stars out of 5. Thank you John!!”

“got meds for my dog yesterday and the guy that took my payment was very nice. since costco only takes visa (bummer), i had to use a certain card and my chip wasn’t working. he was really nice and didn’t make me feel bad for my payment taking awhile to sort out. he was also very fast! the meds themselves also got filled super fast and they texted when they were ready. you can also pay ahead which i’ll definitely do in the future also, a million stars for the cost. so cheap. i love costco. a steroid for my dog was $10 with costco but would’ve been $110 elsewhere”

“Pharmacy employee was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Walgreens did everything right. I did ask for package to be placed at front door which was on the delivery instructions. FedEx put package at garage door ( more convenient for them). I do not know what time package was delivered. I saw it at 5pm. Package had been sitting in hot sun for probably a few hours. This prescription is very expensive and shouldd have been delivered to my front porch door as instructed. Thank you.”

“I called this store to see about the availability of a certain product. The store representative told me they ran out last night but that they got new inventory in. I told the representative that I would come in to get it. I got there in about 15 minutes and the store employee went through the new inventory and found what I was looking for! Most retail stores would not do that right away......Great job!!”

“For Hot Wheel collectors, I have to give huge props to this Kroger. I was entrenched in the Hot Wheels bin trying to find what I'm looking for and the manager, Mohammed, walks up to me and says, "Quite a pile you have there." Then shows me a section of Hot Wheels exclusives that had team trailers and speed machines which I had to limit myself to. If anyone from this Kroger reads this, then keep up the Hot Wheels and the amazing managers.”

“Always helpful. Some of the most important people in our community. Hate to hear that they are the only location that does not allow these Pillars of our society a lunch break... it fascinates that any self-respecting mind would rob good people of the decency of feeding themselves. Shame to all that would do thus..”

“I had a good shopping experience at Kroger. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of groceries, fresh produce, and everyday essentials. The staff were friendly, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. One thing to keep in mind is that the parking lot can get quite busy during peak hours. Also, one of the entrances is a bit compact and on an uphill section with stop signs, so drivers need to be a little patient and cautious when entering or exiting. Overall, it’s a convenient location with excellent product selection and customer service. Despite the busy parking at times, I would definitely recommend this Kroger for a pleasant shopping experience.”

“I am writing to share my exceptional experience at Walgreens with Debashish. Over multiple visits, including receiving my flu shot and previously getting my Hepatitis vaccines. Debashish provided outstanding service. He went above and beyond by guiding us clearly through each process, explaining why each vaccine was necessary, and answering all of our questions with care and patience. His thoroughness, professionalism, and warm approach made us feel completely confident and cared for. Debashish is a tremendous asset to your team!”
