Even though the store was busy, he stayed positive, worked efficiently, and made sure every customer felt welcomed. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy helping people. “Nice area. The deli is much improved although you may be waiting a quick minute. Nice, clean and organized. The meat is fresh. Not many BOGO options, and it will always be a bit pricey at any Publix. But supplemented with Kroger's and say a Costco and you should be fine.”

“I give them five stars because Publix is true to its brand. The food quality is definitely better than Kroger but also more expensive than Kroger which I guess is natural. I sometimes wish the prices were lower during this energy crisis our very NOT SMART juvenile acting president has caused. However that is not Publix fault. I support.”

“I'll preface this review with this is not my "usual" Publix. Cruised in needing a few staple items on a Wednesday (milk/bread- stuff for spaghetti). Overall this store is a bit smaller than others in the area, so isles are a bit more congested. I fortunately was there when the world wasn't; but still was close to other people's carts. Also note this Publix is laid out backwards (produce on left as you enter). My store it's on the right. All in all decent place (aside from some negative reviews here). I used the self checkout; so can't comment on the staff at the front.”

“For Hot Wheel collectors, I have to give huge props to this Kroger. I was entrenched in the Hot Wheels bin trying to find what I'm looking for and the manager, Mohammed, walks up to me and says, "Quite a pile you have there." Then shows me a section of Hot Wheels exclusives that had team trailers and speed machines which I had to limit myself to. If anyone from this Kroger reads this, then keep up the Hot Wheels and the amazing managers.”

  16. Kroger Pharmacy - 2090 Dunwoody Club Drive

2090 Dunwoody Club Drive, Atlanta GA 30350

    3.5 Good 50 reviews

“This is an awesome pharmacy. John, one of the pharmacy techs, is in particular outstanding in all aspects of his job. No matter how busy he is, he always provides me with customer service that is above and beyond what is expected. He does this for everyone. I have noticed him doing this whenever I am waiting in line. He always answers questions fully and makes sure everyone feels fully taken care of. My doctor's office recently made a logistical error and was 2 days late calling in a critical medication for me. John took ownership of this situation. Beginning Sunday afternoon until Wednesday lunchtime he checked tirelessly in the system for the medication and even offered to phone me when the med was available. The medication was finally sent at 11:30 Wednesday and I received the text that it was available at 12:06. I did not have to take ANY action, did not have to call the pharmacy, anything. John was watching and the medication was ready. The level of service provided by John in this specific situation, and by this pharmacy in general are just 6 stars out of 5. Thank you John!!”

“Always helpful. Some of the most important people in our community. Hate to hear that they are the only location that does not allow these Pillars of our society a lunch break... it fascinates that any self-respecting mind would rob good people of the decency of feeding themselves. Shame to all that would do thus..”

“I had a good shopping experience at Kroger. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of groceries, fresh produce, and everyday essentials. The staff were friendly, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. One thing to keep in mind is that the parking lot can get quite busy during peak hours. Also, one of the entrances is a bit compact and on an uphill section with stop signs, so drivers need to be a little patient and cautious when entering or exiting. Overall, it’s a convenient location with excellent product selection and customer service. Despite the busy parking at times, I would definitely recommend this Kroger for a pleasant shopping experience.”
