“I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Sandy Springs thanks to Andre! I walked in feeling anxious and completely unfamiliar with the storage process, and Andre immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and in great spirits. He answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything. What stood out most was how I felt when I left. I walked away feeling so much more confident and comfortable about moving my belongings into storage, and that is entirely because of the customer experience Andre provided. Thank you, Andre, for being such a tremendous person and for making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. Your customer service was exceptional, and I would absolutely recommend this location to others because of my experience with you!”

“This is a very clean storage place, and even though the “office” is a virtual screen system, I was able to get a phone call back from a real person. This is the second time I have used this location, very convenient to where I live. The app makes things easier, as do the text messages they send.”
