I have had an outstanding experience at the Extra Space Storage location on Roswell Road. Sharawn,who works in the front office, is absolutely awesome. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my time here.
In general, I have found Extra Space Storage employees to be courteous, kind, and customer-focused at every location I’ve visited, but Sharon truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

“My favorite storage spot! When I tell you I love this location I really mean it. Not only is the facility nicely maintained but the staff are amazing, especially Nicole. She was my saving grace. She helped me find the perfect unit sizes for the amount of things I had, and trust it was a lot. Since I was transferring them from another storage facility the process was overwhelming, but because of Nicole everything went so smoothly.
