I have had an outstanding experience at the Extra Space Storage location on Roswell Road. Sharawn,who works in the front office, is absolutely awesome. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my time here.
In general, I have found Extra Space Storage employees to be courteous, kind, and customer-focused at every location I’ve visited, but Sharon truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
I sincerely appreciate all of the assistance and support I’ve received. If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location on Roswell Road. Thank you, Sharawn,for making this such a positive experience!”
