“Stayed at The Drayton for 2 nights in early April on Hilton points. Fantastic location in the Historic District and although Bay St is busy we did not notice any traffic noise in our 5th floor room. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The rooftop bar lacks ambiance and didn’t have table service - you have to stand up to get a good view but it was OK for a pre-dinner drink. Our room was fantastic - very nicely decorated with a high ceiling and extremely comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again. One note on parking…. There is no obvious place to pull up when you arrive and no valet on hand. The easiest parking solution is to go straight to the Bryan St garage then take your bags to the hotel. The garage entrance is on Drayton St katty-cornered across from the hotel. It’s $20 for a complete day.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at The Galloway House Inn! It's such a charming house, and our carriage house room/apartment was really lovely and had a cobblestone-inlay floor from the original house's use! We loved how conveniently situated the Inn was to local businesses, restaurants, and especially parks! If we had any regrets, it was that we never ran into the owners' dogs :-) Absolutely we would stay here again - it was our first visit to Savannah and we can't wait to return!”
“So happy we chose to stay here when visiting Savannah! It’s not like your typical hotel. You won’t be checking in at a front desk, but don’t worry. The experience was so easy to navigate! You’ll get an email with all the info, and someone will reach out via text too.
It’s located in a quiet square facing a small park. We had no trouble finding street parking. You do have to pay for parking, but the price was super reasonable!
The room was awesome, and I loved its old school, classic southern vibe! The large windows, wooden floor, fireplace, etc…loved it all!”

“My boyfriend found the Suites at Bay online and booked it for a weekend trip. This place was awesome! Easy access to everything. We kept our car in the garage all weekend and walked everywhere! Communication was awesome and we had someone able to assist us no matter what time which was greatly appreciated. Our room was an awesome studio type suite on the third floor. Had everything we needed and more, extremely clean and wonderfully decorated. We already discussed booking here again on our next visit!”

“The Isetta Inn is a great historic home with quirky, unique vibes. Each room is different and the decor is detailed and amazing. We have now stayed twice, both times in the presidential suite.
It is located in a wonderful location close to the waterfront. Being this close to such a busy place will bring noise from traffic. The inn does thoughtfully provide earplugs.
A historic building, The Isetta Inn has so many wonderful features. This well loved and cared for building deserves to be seen if you ever stay in Savannah.”

“We visited Savannah this weekend and stayed here. There are two people that I would like to recognize…Marq and Chierie. I accidentally booked the wrong room and Marq (front desk) went above and beyond to make it right!! Chierie (bartender) was awesome as well. We met her the first night and she quickly became our new best friend. We had so much fun hanging out and laughing with her and our group!
The hotel was perfect for our weekend trip. They offered a complimentary breakfast every morning and 2 complimentary drinks and light snacks every evening from 5:00-7:00pm. We stopped by every evening and enjoyed our beverages before we headed out for the night. The location is a short walk (about 10-15mins) to River Street or you can do like we did a few times and make a quick call to Savannah Pedicab and someone will pick you up and take you anywhere you want to go! I would definitely stay here again!! 10/10 recommend this hotel if you come to Savannah!!”

“I had a really lovely stay at the Bohemian Hotel in Savannah, this is one of those places where the overall experience still leaves you smiling.
The location is fantastic, the atmosphere is spot on for Savannah, and the rooms are both comfortable and well thought out. I ended up in a corner room with a city view, which turned out to be a really fun perspective of the area.
The only thing I’ll note for future guests is that I had reserved a river-view corner room through Bonvoy, and there seemed to be a disconnect at check-in between my confirmation and what was assigned. It didn’t take away from my stay, but it’s something worth double-checking on arrival if that view matters to you.
The same goes for the smaller service touches—things like valet personal touches and phone guest services. When those details are seamless, it really elevates the entire stay from great to exceptional.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely stay again.”

“My husband and I stayed here because it was conveniently located near the historic/downtown area, close to bars and restaurants and it wasn’t expensive compared to other hotels in the same area. The room was spacious and I liked that the sink was outside of the bathroom so we could both be getting ready at the same time. The bed was comfortable and had a good, thick topper that made it feel plush. I have a CPAP machine, so it was nice to have an open outlet near the bed. I really enjoyed the donuts and the popcorn in the lobby. And I really liked that they had real plates and coffee mugs and that it wasn’t single use products. While you would have to pay for parking in their lot, the surrounding streets have free parking and we parked right next to the hotel.
Our coffee maker was broken, but the lobby had coffee. For four days, I wish there was more storage for clothes, but we managed using their open-air storage options. We didn’t ask for help from hotel staff on this but our room was never cleaned by the maid service that we saw every day we were there. Since leaving the hotel I have searched their website for a policy stating there is no maid service and reviews stating they never received maid service and nothing. No where is it stated you don’t get a maid service. There was even an envelope for the maid with her name on it and I kept thinking I’ll put money in there when she shows up. It’s just so surprising to me that most reviews seem upset that there are only donuts for breakfast or that you have to pay for parking but those are clearly stated policies on the hotels website and on third party websites for this hotel. Now, we are fine reusing our towels and we are fairly neat people so our room never got too dirty anyways. I just would have liked to know in advance that this was a policy. Lastly, the TV did not have cable, you could only stream from your devices. This was fine for us, but we did have to repeatedly enter the TV code into our phones each time we wanted to use the TV. Again, we're pretty tech savvy so not a big deal, but I can see how that might be frustrating for someone not as tech savvy.
Overall, it was a cute and nicely designed motel. I would stay here again.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place!! The room was huge with two beds in one area and a kitchette with a sofa and tv in another area. The room was enough was what really makes this place special was the people providing service from the kind housekeeping to two amazing front desk workers. Overnight Dawn was gracious and helpful even after we had a small accident requiring new blankets and pillows on one bed. She got us new bedding and gave us a bag for the ruined bedding. The next morning Theresa was great during checkout, making sure we were good with everything and after a day of walking, allowed me back in to use bathroom after checking out and gave me food recommendations. 10/10. Would stay again!!”
“Fabulous The place is completely updated and just stunning.Suzanne at the front desk was delightful and answered every question (and i had quite a few) cheerfully and professionally.”

“Great location very nice and clean hotel. Five star customer service including a call from management to insure a minor issue was taken care of. Wouldn't have expected that from a large chain but it happened. We'll definitely be return customers for sure. Special thanks to the assistant director of operations Tyler McCorkle for great customer service.”

“The location was perfect for me during my February 9-13 stay, as it was walkable (important) and not far from the places I needed to be. Courtesy and professional staff all around the property (front desk associates, dining, engineer/maintenance, and valet). The only complaint, which is nothing the hotel management can fix, is the wretched smell of the Paper Mill (has been shoutdown; however, the STRONG smell still lingers). I will definitely stay here again when in Savannah, GA (Port City) for work or pleasure.”

“This hotel was clean, historic, and the service was great. We worked with Josh during our checkin, and he assisted us with a small issue that we had.
He took the time to accommodate our issue and help us find a solution!
We would recommend this hotel to any friend or family member! Thank you Josh!”
“I planned a staff meeting for my husband and his team of 21 at this hotel. Originally I had tried to make reservations at a different hotel nearby. They strung me along for several weeks then at the last minute refused to sign the contract/terms that they had written up. In a scramble we contacted Kwanisha at Cambria. She saved the day by immediately making all the guest reservations, conference room arrangements, and catering orders. She was even traveling for a conference at the time and made the arrangements after her meetings.I have recieved nothing but great feedback on how perfect everything was. I am so grateful for Kwanisha and the staff at Cambria. We were a week out from the staff meeting when we contacted her. All 22 people already had flights and I was in a panic that the event would be a disaster. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are planning a larger event.”

“We enjoy our stay! The young lady that helped us was so sweet but didn’t get her name as we came in late and were exhausted.
Bed & pillows super comfy!! The hotel was very clean and offered great options for food. Also we loved the location as it was in walking distance to many eateries as well. Definitely would go back!”

“The Moment we walked in Tom was extremely welcoming and polite. He made sure to accommodate our every need. The room was clean and the kids enjoyed breakfast and the pool. The overall visit was great and Tom’s excellent customer service made it even better.”
“Rooms: Rooms were outstanding. Very clean, and very Health conscientious...!!!Nearby activities: Good location, very accessible to local establishments outside of the military base.”
“Really enjoyed staying here last week at the Hilton Garden Inn in Savannah. Everyone I talked to at the front desk was so nice and helpful. My room was also very nice. It was very spacious and clean. The valet parking is a little pricey if you’re on a tight budget. However, I thought it was worth it, as having to pay to park in the garage, or the lot out back, would have cost just as much as I paid for three days. Also while I was there the hot tub was out of service, which was disappointing as I enjoy them quite a bit. The pool also is very shallow at around 4 feet deep. So if you’re taller, that might also be a little bit of an inconvenience. But other than those few little things I LOVED staying here. The location was fantastic. It was within walking distance of so much stuff.”

“Gave the hotel 4 stars due to parking. All in all this was a great hotel. It was very clean. The beds and even the sofa bed were super comfortable. One of the top hotel breakfasts we have had. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking situation wasn't the best. If the main parking is full you have to park in a garage down the street a bit past the embassy suites. Other than that great hotel! Would stay again.”
“This hotel was terrible. It's on the confluence of 2 extremely busy roads with constant trucks, dump trucks and more. If you get a room on the front side you will not sleep. Awful! We had a king bed that was comfortable but that was the only good thing. The bathroom was old, the toilet the height and size of a kindergarten toilet. There is a very
tiny fridge that can only fit a few drinks and no microwave. The breakfast was satisfactory.
Parking on the lot was $38/night!
I do not recommend this unless you can get a room on the back side.”

“Noteworthy details: I have left suit coats etc. at hotels in the past... The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to locate them and I gave them my CC# to send them back.”
“The room #107 was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was typical fair with eggs, waffles, etc. All of the help was friendly except when I requested an extra bath towel on check in night. The desk clerk gave me a hard time.I told him that other Comfort inns never give me a hard time. Finally he gave me one.”

“I spent one day here with my husband we needed a little time to ourselves the area was quiet (we were next to housekeeping) our room was clean bed was pretty spacious for us one side did squeak but it didn't bother me only thing I would recommend is a plastic shower cover for the shower so the water won't get on the floor whenever you're taking a shower I usually stay in Hilton and Marriotts but because this was a little getaway I wouldn't mind visiting againRooms: somewhat small but comfortableWalkability: you can walk to nearby storesFood & drinks: plenty of restaurants in the area”
“Great, cozy, boutique hotel perfectly located for exploring historic Savannah. We stayed here three nights on our first trip to the city. Rooms had a lot of charm. Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially handling baggage for our early arrival and late departure. Nice coffee shop/bar attached and delicious restaurant downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.”
