The hotel offers a convenient, no-charge shuttle service to four downtown locations, which guests find to be a nice surprise. The staff receives consistent praise for being very friendly, accommodating, and skilled, with particular commendation for the bartenders and shuttle drivers. The lobby and halls are very nice, and rooms are described as adequate, big, quaint, clean, and decorated nicely with comfortable beds, though some note cosmetic flaws, overlooked items, or a lack of drawers for longer visits. The bar is highlighted as where the most effort is put, with skilled bartenders, but both the bar and the on-site breakfast are frequently described as convenient yet limited, with the breakfast not considered worth the extra charge due to cold food and limited selection. A daily parking fee is charged, and there is no valet service. Overall, the hotel is viewed as lovely and standard—nothing fancy—meeting needs for a stay but with some noting there are probably better places to stay, especially considering value during peak times.
We enjoy our stay! The young lady that helped us was so sweet but didn’t get her name as we came in late and were exhausted. Bed & pillows super comfy!! The hotel was very clean and offered great options for food. Also we loved the location as it was in walking distance to many eateries as well. Definitely would go... read full comment

We found the breakfast and the bar to be lacking the quality we generally experience as Hilton Diamond members. Bea was very kind and tried to accommodate with what was available. The hotel is a very manageable walk to the major attractions of the city. Probably wouldn’t choose this Hilton property should we visit again.
