“Security is awesome! That could be both good and bad?. I occasionally need to access my vehicle that a family member drives to work on occasion. This last time it was the kids' backpacks,that were left in the vehicle the day before. I had to wait on security to let me in the gate to access my own vehicle. To do that, they have to locate the person who you know inside the building,who works there and make sure it's all legit before allowing you to enter the parking lot. That's ok though because I feel it is safe and secure by doing so. They were late for school but no biggie. I appreciate the security team. Also it's easy to locate the property and far enough off the road to not be waiting on the highway as you're sitting at said closed gate. ?”

“Had my Yamaha R8 receiver gone through back in the early 90s. Brought it back in last week for a repair, but there were too many issues to make it worth the repairs.Bernie had an immaculate R9, and offered that as a replacement for the amount that was originallyquoted for my R8 repair.Yes, he has stopped accepting new units for the time being. Why take on work when you know you can't deliver to the customer on time? Or would you prefer he lie to you?Want your baby repaired correctly? SD is your best bet.”

“OK, I went in on December 29th to transfer my number from another carrier, there was only 1 person working the store, her name is Morgan.We completed the number change, or so we thought.On January 1st, my number haven't changed over to the new metro phone yet. So I decided to re-visit the store on the 2nd.When I got there, Morgan was helping someone else who had a issue with there service.This young lady was on the phone coustemer service going to bat for a man who just got his service the day before, and somehow they disconnected his service and wanted him to pay another connection fee.Morgan stuck to her guns for this man a good 45 minutes while I was there. When she had a moment, I let her know that my number had not been transferred to the new phone, I had other things I had to attend to so I offered to come back later in the day.To my surprise, I got a call from Morgan, and she helped me with the final process of transferring my number to my new phone.I hope metro knows that they have a TRUE customer service employee workg for them. I'm happy to have worked with this young lady. Oh....and by the way..... she was able to help the other gentlemen as well . Morgan, you rock suga !!!!”

“Went to the White Bluff a road location this morning to sell two pistols that were just sitting around collecting dust. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. They paid me a pretty fair amount for both firearms and I couldn’t be happier. The staff st this location are certainly more pleasant than the Highway 21 location in Garden City. Thank you, guys!”

“Just pulled without an appointment. Wanted information & recommendations on putting a back up camera in my 2011 Jaguar XK. He inspected my car, and made a recommendation on which unit to purchase. He even took me to the correct area on the sales floor to buy the unit, and set up the installation date. Truly, a most enjoyable experience.”

“I'll be honest...in the past, my experience with Metro stores (in-person) has NOT been great - HOWEVER, Jasmine M. at the Victory Dr location totally changed that view.

I had just switched back to Metro from another provider and was having issues that required me to go in-store.

Jasmine took such excellent care of me in solving my issue that it totally changed my perception of the in-store experience at Metro.

She was attentive, took her time, expressed empathy, and went above and beyond to address my concerns as a new customer.

Metro - she's one to promote IMHO. I walked in thinking I'd likely switch back to my prior provider, but after dealing with Jasmine, I walked out CONVINCED I had made the correct call switch to Metro. And I have NEVER had that experience at Metro (and was a customer previously).”

“I was coming in to buy a new laptop and I waited a while to get someone to help me, but once I did, it was fine. Timothy Buchanan was good, knowledgeable and helpful. But he spoke kinda fast like a salesman and didn’t inform me about certain things including explaining that although I didn’t want the My Best Buy Total membership, having 2 bad experiences with no shows home appointments in the past. So he told me he was adding a warranty and service for data transfer, and added that into my final cost. But he never told me it was the BB Total membership! Also, he also didn’t tell me the docking station I got did not have a power adapter. I had to buy that separately on line and for a much cheaper price than listed on the Best Buy website. And finally, he gave me his card and said to call him anytime which was nice. But when I called him the next day to go over these things, he was not available so I left a message for him to call me. That was 4 days ago!”
