He was helpful while trying to get to everyone. Getting a new phone is a long process and so having a kind and patient associate was a nice experience. Nice store, much better than the one off 278.”
“Came into Verizon yesterday with my phone acting completely crazy. It’s new and I was very concerned that I broke it but luckily I was greeted by Jack at the door. Hands down the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. He spent the good part of a hour cleaning up my phone and making sure I had no more questions and he also educated me on how to avoid the problems I was dealing with on my phone. Best experience I’ve had in a store in a long time thank you Jack!”

“This is the best Verizon store in Savannah! I typically take reviews with a grain of salt since I know most bad reviews come from a place of avoiding personal responsibility so I have to give this location and the staff their kudos. I was there when it was particularly busy and Christina, Jeremy, and the other girl (I forgot her name sorry!) were all so amazing at dealing with the customers and being so efficient. I had a pretty minor billing question and Jeremy and Christina helped me, gave me information about an upgrade and the Verizon benefits I didn’t know existed for my home streaming services. I got a new phone, saved money on my bill, saved money on my Netflix account, and when I came back in the next week to trade my phone in they remembered me. It definitely feels like they value the Landings and Isle of Hope community. I will always recommend this location to everyone!”

“My experience was really easy. Walked in stated what I wanted to do my salesman got right on it. Process was quick. The only thing I don't like is they don't keep cars for the phones they sell in store. I still haven't found on other than having to order one online. My experience was a 10/10”

A few months back & she not only handled 3-4 customers who were all there to pay there bill but She also handled my request as a new customer BRILLIANTLY!!..She had personality, her skills were so good that she made me forget she had cleared out her lobby of bill payers while she had me thinking what color Samsung I wanted..She made it fun and I walked knowing she gave me the best her company offered..KUDOS TO CRICKET for having LIZET on your team..
