“Great experience. Everyone is so friendly. I’m from New York and you’re lucky if you get a smile from someone and if you do, it’s probably their first day on the floor. One individual who went above and beyond was “Scott” that worked in the tool rental area. I asked him to do me a big favor and without question he assisted taking his time to make certain the ask was done correctly.
In all honesty, I didn’t expect this Home Depot to fulfill my request and wouldn’t have been angry as it’s not something that’s expected from the Home Depot but to my surprise… Scott is the main reason for this review.
